Order as soon as you walk in... it will take an hour to get it. I guess that is why they have peanuts on the table so you don't starve. Food is good... when you get it.

My husband and I went to Logan's for dinner for the first time around 6pm. We were thinking it would be crowded due to it being the middle of "dinner time"... while they had most tables full, we were seated with no wait. Our server was great, and we had our food promptly. The steaks were amazing and decently priced. We will definitely be going back and recommend it to others!

I had not been to Logan's in about 2 years and while driving around looking for a place for a "genuine" burger my sister mentioned that Logans always had great ones. We got there during the peak of lunch time & it was easy to be seated. The waiter was very polite and attentive and the manager came by and asked how everything was. My complaint is not the service it is the food and prices. The prices have gone up a fair amount and you notice it right away when you glance at the menu. There is no separate lunch menu so the prices for lunch and dinner it seems are the same. The burgers were a strange texture, like they had been ground up several times and didn't seem like real ground beef. They also had the grill marks that looked like the ones on prepackaged meats. The fact that they are well done even when you ask for them to be as rare as allowed might be due to the fillers used in them. That is my take on it anyway. The burger is topped with loads of sauce so you really cannot taste if the meat is good as well. I don't know if the steaks have changed but the burgrs are a HUGE thumbs down.

Absolutely AWEFUL..tried to pass off cheap steak as a Filet Migon...manager was non-existant and apparently doesnt care...I was served one hour after all the rest of my party and then it was some stew looking beef with stuck together cold shrimp on a stick...when it was suppose to be lobster, shrimp, and filet migon. I would not eat what they eventually served as Food. I promise you Logan's Roadhouse will NEVER EVER get business from me again...ya think thats one person..believe me...it was a party of 30...you now will have 30 less to ever visit you in Johnson City again. Here's the rating you deserve ZERO ZERO ZERO...McDonalds serves better food than you. Get a REAL MANAGER AND A REAL COOK...that can READ....and you dare wonder why your business numbers are down.....The OWNER NEEDS A REALITY CHECK....try Restaurant Impossible you need all the F*** help you can get..

The service was great, and the atmosphere was fun. Food was pretty good, but it took a long time to get it. I would recommend going there for sure. ( the bar definitely needs an upgrade with more TV's)
