What counts as a Life’s Good moment for you? Maybe it’s an incredible road trip or watching a great gig with friends. Whatever your ‘Life’s Good’ moments are, we want to hear all about them.
We’re the smiley-faced Life’s Good community managers. From 9.30-5, Mon-Friday, we’ll be around to hear any ideas, suggestions, tips, experiences or questions that you may have. Let’s all celebrate Life’s Good!
The LG UK community will always have an active community manager from 9:30AM-6PM Mondays to Fridays but please note at night and on weekends it may take us just a little bit longer to get back to you.

However if one of our community managers is able to help you with queries or product related questions we will always try and help you first.
This community won’t tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour – either to us or to others using the sites. We will delete any inappropriate content including, but not limited to, advertising, material copyrighted by someone who is not you, obscene and/or vulgar content, adult themes or images, abusive language, name-calling, insults, harassment, spamming and personal attacks. Any members who create posts that incite this type of behaviour will be removed permanently from the community and all their posts will be deleted. LG reserves the right to publish comments that are relative to the LG community and may remove conversations that aren't relevant, about specific customer issues or unhelpful to other users but only after referring to our official CS teams.
The LGUK Google+ page has no facility to manage customer care or service related issues and such posts may also be deleted. If your post has been removed due to service related conversations then you must contact our service team to discuss your repair/return or refund options. If you continue to post duplicate posts or persist with individual related service issues then you may be removed from the LG community.
This community is moderated by LG UK community managers – we’ll be reading everything you say, even if we don’t respond. If we think you are being destructive, we reserve the right to remove your posts and your access to the community.
LG UK will not share your information with anyone and will only use it to contact you about LG.
The LG UK Community abides by Googles terms and conditions and will not store or capture any privacy information about you. If you would like to stop receiving LG UK community status updates and messages, you will need to ‘unlike’ the LG UK community – but with new competitions and prizes why would you want to do that?!
