 Stop by and plug in. We’ve installed a charging station outside of our Headquarters at 2 Swamp Road in Newtown, PA. 
 TeamLogic IT has hit the hybrid highway. Always looking for ways to leverage the latest technology in our business and the local business community, our newest technology investment has been directed towards our fleet of vehicles. To serve our clients, while also saving money and doing our part for the environment, we have gone electric. Priority on-street parking in many places and not having to stop for gas means that we are able to get to businesses sooner, whenever technology solutions are required.

These positions are ideal for experienced network or systems engineers, who are ready to take advantage of their skill set in order to make a significant difference for our clients’ businesses. 


These are full time positions requiring advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft product line for small and medium-sized businesses. Successful candidates will join a very successful team, providing both project and support services. 

Our associates pride themselves in providing our clients with the best IT support possible. These positions are ideal for those candidates who embrace technical challenges and enjoy working with exciting and emerging technologies. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 - Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN Connectivity, Routers, Firewalls, and Security
 - Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services
 - System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
 - Written communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
 - IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft's core business applications, as well as virtual environments built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware
 - Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc. 
 - Implement and support disaster recovery solutions

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
 - Exceptional customer service, perception, and satisfaction
 - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
 - Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
 - Excellent communication with customers: keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages, etc.
 - Business awareness: specific knowledge of clients and how IT relates to their business strategies and goals
 - Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
 - Responsible for entering time and expenses into ticketing software
 - Work through a daily schedule that has been established through the dispatch process
 - Enter all work as service tickets 
 - Review IT publications and online materials to remain up-to-date with current and future technologies emerging in the industry
