We understand that price is important to our customers and we have kept our pricing well below that of many of our competitors without sacrificing quality. Our diagnosis includes an inspection of the entire system, while this customer was able to replace a capacitor himself he would not be able to determine the cause of the failure or identify other impending issues that only a trained professional could. In addition we do not use the standard run capacitors that cost $32 at Grainger's, we only use the most highly rated American made parts with the best warranty so that our customers do not have to pay for the same repair again in a year or two.
