A logic professor first introduced me to the concept of "homicide, vs. murder"... the idea being that "not all killing is murder", even more plainly-stated as "not all killing is wrong". From a legal point of view, not all killing is murder.

Personally, I'm a vegetarian, and I couldn't hurt a fly... let alone agree to any law that makes it ok to execute any human being, especially when we have evidence that even from the perspective of law, the "execution" could feasibly result in "murder".
