Romans 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and >>all the world may become guilty before God.<<
There's only one way to have the guilt exonerated;
the only way God provided...
Romans 3:24-26, KJV
24] Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:
25] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26] To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Through faith in the shed blood, death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ; the finished work of the cross.
All-sufficient to save a soul from eternal damnation without us adding anything to that finished work. It is by grace through faith alone to them that believe.
Romans 3:27-28, KJV
Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
Christ paid the penalty for our guilt by dying for our sins.
He provided justification through rising again from the dead.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4, KJV
Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Romans 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
2 Corinthians 5:18-21 KJV
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
