I created this simple graph to illustrate why I think the Facebook IPO is the result of a 'bubble'.

Ford vs Facebook:

- Ford has 36 times higher revenue
- Ford has 8 times higher profit
- Ford has 8 times as many assets (including a much larger cash reserve)
- ...but Ford is valued at only 41% of Facebook's expected market cap.

More to the point. Ford's market cap is valued at 70% of their total assets. Meaning that if Ford where to closed down today, the investors could just sell the assets and get their money back.

But Facebook is valued 1,370% higher than what they have in assets, meaning that if Facebook closed down today, we are talking serious financial loss.

This is the dot.com era all over again. Value is being determined based on activity (page views, ad impressions, users), instead of real things like... you know... money and assets.

So this feels a lot like FB. Are there any huge differences besides the New Hotness factor? From what I'm seeing, the only big difference besides probably some privacy settings, I don't have to follow people that follow me. Yay?

This is the second location of a restaurant that has been in German Village for several years. Almost everything is made from scratch and it shows in the quality and taste of the food. The owner and general manager are Greek and Greek cuisine is infused into the menu. The atmosphere and patio are great on a nice night and the drink selection is also wonderful. Brunch is served on the weekend and the Pig Sticks (cinnamon breaded sausage sticks with syrup) are addicting. I take all my friends there.

This is just like any of the other 1600 stores in the country except this is the cleanest one I've ever seen. That's about all there is to say.

The food is good but severely overpriced given what the rest of the city and even the nearby restraints have to offer. Portions are small. Their building is constantly plastered with "kids eat free" type of deals then they present themselves as an upscale fine dining establishment.

Great pizza that may leave you in a food coma. I used to love this place and I still love the pizza, that is, if I could ever actually get what I order. I stopped trying with deliveries after 3 in a row took over two hours. Two of those times, a least one person in my family ate something they didn't order because taking the time and effort to get it corrected wasn't worth it. Did pick-ups twice, same story. They offered us our money back or to make a new pizza I'd we didn't mind waiting 20 minutes. The last time, we waited and two of the four customers who came in ha their orders wrong too. Long story short, great pizza but be ready for a random order that may or may not show up cold.

Just not that good and considering that, it's incredibly overpriced.

Thurn's is the kind of business that you can buy from and feel confident that you're getting your money's worth. Thurn's has been in Columbus for 126 years and is using the same recipes used at its inception. Albert Thurn and his family run Thurn's as a labor of love and it's obvious once you do business there. If you go, make sure to TAKE CASH. They don't accept credit cards. I've never had anything I don't like but make sure you try the Double Smoked Bacon and Schinken (like prosciutto). They're only open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and they often run out of items by Saturday so go early! It's really a gem of Columbus and has been for a very long time. If you're from Columbus and haven't been there, you need to go soon.
