Not impressed. I got a voucher through a local radio station and decided to check this place out since they were near my wedding venue. I went in the first time for a trim and specifically told the stylist, "its 6 months until my wedding, please don't cut off more than 1/2 an inch. My hair grows extraordinarily slow." She cut off about 3 inches. Of course, I wasn't facing the mirror so there was nothing I could do about this. Thinking it was just a bad experience and since I still had 2 vouchers left, I went in for a hair trial for my wedding. The stylist told me that she didn't actually do trials because it would never look the same the day of. So I drove 35 minutes to be told that she could "probably do the style I wanted". I guess I really am an idiot, but I decided to go back again to use the third voucher. I made an appointment to have my makeup done for my engagement pictures. I think the make up artist was new because she couldn't find a light switch so she did my make up in semi-darkness. Then she only had brown eye shadow. I went home, washed off the make up and did a better job myself. After that, I gave up and decided it would be worth driving the extra hour to my regular salon for them to do my hair and make up for my wedding. I wasn't disappointed with them, at least.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL COUPONS! They con you into buying a great deal and they the "cancel" their acceptance of the coupon. They schedule appointments that they know they can't accomodate and then when they cancel, two days before the appointment they are rude to you, like you have done something wrong. They are con artists!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!! NOTICE HOW AFTER EVERY BAD REVIEW, MAGICALLY 2 POSTIVE ONE'S Show up!!! Do not be fooled it is there employees.

I booked a spa day for 8 girls for my sister bachelorette party. Three days before appointment I called just to talk with them about two of the girls that were coming for the massages are pregnant. Then they told me sorry but they could not accommodate all of us. They knew this and did not bother to call me. If I did not call to talk with them 8 of us would be showing up saturday. Now the day is all screwed up because of poor management. I will never recommend domani studios. horrible service!

The most irresponsible company ever! I had a living social and a groupon with them. They have a hard time picking up the phone and when they do and set up appointments, they don't keep them and the receptionist acts all nonchalant about your time and has an attitude issue. Twice I drove an hour to this place for my groupon and the first time they had me waiting and then supposedly the technician got sick but I was just sitting there waiting. The second time, i called them from 5 minutes away to ask a question and was informed their pipes broke and they couldn't keep the appointment. For almost a year we kept calling for the living social. 4 people and I got it together...a week before they expired they finally told us that we needed to call Living Social and ask for our money back. This place has no sense of customer service. Please do yourself the favor and don't book with them unless all you want is headaches.

We scheduled our appointment a good week in advance for a group of girls to have a spa day. We were in the books for a great day or so we thought. My sister got a phone call 3 days before our appointment stating that Domani had a sewage problem and they couldn't see our group for pedis and they needed to cancel. Now these girls our my bridal party coming in to get pampered, well not anymore. So I called myself to schedule and appointment on the same day for a mani and pedi and guess what they had a opening for 12 pm. Imagine that!! Come to find out they just decided they couldn't accommodate us with such a large group 8 girls. So the poor excuse of a manager got on the phone with her poor customer service and pretty much had nothing to say. She stated that the owner had called my sister with numbers to other spas that may be able to help us! Guess what it was one number that was disconnected! Then being the rude manager that she was said well I don't know what to tell you we can't accommodate you 3 days before our appointment! So basically we were lied to and my/our day was ruined because they obviously don't know what they can handle. They shouldn't have book us in the first place. Oh, and here is the kicker the so called manager said why with such a bad experience so far why would you want to come here for facials anyways. Not well I'm really sorry let me try another day! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF A BUSINESS!!! I didn't even want to choose 1 star. They don't answer the phone and when they do just know they will tell you what you want to hear but lie to you. They will cancel your appointment in a minute. We bought the LivingSocial deal, made an appointment weeks in advance only to find out a week before our appointment that we weren't scheduled and they were not accepting their LivingSocial deal anymore. We only found this out from somebody else who also got screwed over. When I called to verify this and talk to somebody (after numerous call attempts) they told me we could have the appointment but they could only do a massage and not the mani/pedi that was part of the LivingSocial because their chairs were broken...ok, so we then found out later that Domani admitted they lied about the reason they couldn't do the mani/pedi to others and they just didn't want to honor. 2 days before the appointment that never was they left us a voicemail that they were cancelling it (which they planned on the whole time) and no longer accepting the Living Social. THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY HAD A NEW GROUPON OUT!!! So why not accept their current one?!?! DO NOT BUY THESE, apparantly they have Groupons and Living Social deals every now and again...it is clear that they are just hoping people don't go back and get their money back to pocket the money without honoring the service. This is quite possibly the worst management of a small business that I have ever experienced. One of the purposes of working with Living Social and/or Groupon is to obtain and retain new clients through exceptional customer service...this company manages to do exactly the opposite and make a bad name for themselves. I cannot stress how terrible this Spa is. I have no doubt that the positive reviews are simply employees or friends of the company. Their days have to be numbered, should be a failed small business at some point soon. I can understand selling too many "deals" to accomodate in the given dates, but why on earth would they just cancel appts and not honor at all and then come out with another Groupon the next day?! Limit how many can be purchased and instead of not honoring just extend the expiration date and apologize to potential customers and say you got in over your head.
