My husband and I just had dinner here tonight, and we loved it! Definitely worth the money, and will be back again. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. The staff was friendly. I like how even the manager came out and checked in on everyone. Definitely a 5 star restaurant, and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I ate there tonight for our Anniversary. I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. When you go to The Melting Pot, you should know up front that it will be expensive. Whether or not it's the best food of your life is irrelevant because going there is an experience beyond just eating. We have found every Melting Pot location that we have been to to be a wonderful, intimate, relaxing place with excellent service (and food), and it is definitely our favorite go-to romantic date place. We loved our time at The Melting Pot Savannah. Marty was a great server.

Exoect around $50 a person per meal kind of thing. Great for a one time thing. Food is amazing. Worth $50? Absolutely. Take your loved one here.

We made reservations for new years. When we walked in, we were greeted by a blonde hostess and another person who sat us. When asked what name the reservations were made under, the blonde hostess put a menu behind her face and whispered something to another member of their work team. Subsequently, that person looked at the woman whom i was dining with and stared. This was probably the rudest impression I've ever received. We should have left right there. When confronting her, she said she had a cookie in her mouth (no chewing noted). Nonetheless it was extremely rude. When asked to speak to the manager, he came over, went along with the same Bullshit excuse. He couldn't care less about it. The food was so so. Not worth the money spent. Now, our waiter, Steven, was fantastic. He laughed with us, enjoyed us and talked with us. He genuinely cared. Im not looking for a free meal, but impression is everything in the restaurant business. Not once did the manager ask us if we'd like a drink on the house, or even 10% or 20% off the bill. Sorry, but that is very poor customer service. Not only will i not be returning, but I'll advise otherd ro avoid this place as well.

The food is delicious. I love the interactive dining experience here. Staff is courteous and friendly. Elijah and Amber our servers provided great service. I would advise to be sure to expect about 2.5 hrs for dining in, especially if you are dining late in the evening. You may not have an opportunity to enjoy your desserts, or the full 4 course meal, however they have no problem giving you a gift card to come back on a different day to enjoy that portion. Just be sure to make a reservation to avoid any wait times. Any concerns, management takes care of it right away. Overall, we had a great experience!

Love this restaurant... The wait staff makes every trip extremely special... Price is a little on the high side but the whole experience is well with it...

Made reservations and didn't know to request a double burner table if you have guest that like different things. We were going to just have a drinks and go but the manager moved things around to accommodate a double burner table. Waitress was extremely nice and helpful with selections. My only complaint is the hostess was short and rude but we made the manager and owner aware of this.
