Currently working as Project Manager for the British Council on the Plan Ceibal English project, teaching English via video-conferencing to primary school children in Uruguay.
Introduction
I am an English teacher and social media consultant who lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.

Most of my work is for the British Council and I am coordinator of the IATEFL Learning Technologies Special Interest Group. 

Bragging rights
I co-wrote a book For language teachers (Digital Play: computer games and language aims, Delta publishing, 2011) which won the British Council's English Language Innovation award (ELTon) for teacher resources in 2012. My second book for teachers, Learning Languages with Technology (CUP, 2013) won the English Speaking Union HRH Duke of Edinburgh English book of the year award.
