If you have rhubarb,  try a few new recipes.  Makes a great square on a buttery shortbread crust.

A great suggestion!  Freeze and make puree out of your rhubarb while in season.  Add in different ingredients to suit what's on the menu for the day.  From tart filling to BBQ for pork, it's ready all winter long.

Rhubarb is one of them and provides bartenders with the means to invent interesting and exciting new drinks.

If you like pastries and fruit fillings, this is a great recipe.  I'd never done it before but the best thing was cream cheese pastry.  Easy, and I'm hooked.  Rhubarb danish pastry  and the blueberry turned out great.

My rhubarb is gone to bed now, but I firmly believe in "tea" for your gardens.  Seems to give it a boost overnight
