I came into my first 30-Day Challenge in fall 2015. Wow, it was intense -- and effective. Saw a significant change in body fat percentage. I am in my second Challenge now. I am using weights twice as heavy (sometimes!) as the first round. Push ups, sit ups? Yep! Here's the thing: whatever level you come in at, people support and cheer you on. It's about the journey.
