NDNU STUDENT WINS SILENT FILM AWARD: Congratulations to senior NDNU theatre major Johnny Villar, whose brand new film "The Count's Daughter," starring fellow theatre major (and recent graduate) Margaret Gorrell, won the award for "Best Acting" at the 2013 International Youth Silent Film Festival in Portland, Oregon! "The Count's Daughter" was shot entirely on our campus, and can be seen on both YouTube (below) and Johnny's official website. http://www.johnnyvillar.com/

We're getting in the Christmas spirit with free performances of "A Christmas Carol!" Every year this production is a gift to the community, and it continues to spread the Christmas spirit by collecting donations of food and toys for families in need.

Giving Tuesday was a great idea, but at NDNU, we're about giving every day! Read about our Mail Center's coat drive on our blog - more than 20 boxes of cold weather clothing collected for those in need! http://blogs.ndnu.edu/giving-tuesday-is-a-way-of-life/
