People will tell friends or family -- or even me -- that they're in a "toxic" workplace. So I want to know what to ask these kinds of people what they're experiencing and what shift or result they want -- so I know what product or program to create for them (I have an idea for a "Toxic Work Recovery Program," but want to be sure it will sell).

So this week, I have four interviews set up with people who have left, or want to leave, a toxic role.

I'd like some ideas of some questions to ask them to get at what they want or need, because I'm kind of stumped. +Jen Vertanen and +Tara Gentile, what thoughts do you have?

Others are welcome to chime in with suggested questions, too.

Love to get your reaction on this -- are you following a "should" path in your career...or a "want to" path?

I love being four years old. That's no typo. I mean it. Four year-olds have wisdom. Wanna hear mine? Sure you do...
