I moved here the first of Nov. 2015. We really enjoy living here; except for the inconsiderate neighbors who live up stairs. With their child stomping on the floor, our ceiling all hours of the night into early morning.

Loved living there very pet friendly.... no problems with deposits or anything. Paid what they said we needed to and even got back our pet deposit. reg deposit was 300 for cleaning. No crime very well maintained and quiet neighbors. Great place to live

My wife and I went in to rent an apartment. The lady gave us a printout with the move in costs and we went over (I thought) everything. Two days later the manager called me and told me we had to pay a double deposit. Keep in mind we make 7 times the rent. When we told her we already signed paperwork all she would say it was policy. If you are going to live there be aware, they will be asking for more money than they put on the paper they give you.

I live here right now and it's awesome! If you pay your rent on time every month they will enter your name into a drawing and if your name is chosen they will give you a $50 gift card to a grocery store! My husband and I won last month. Very cool. Super nice people. They fix everything VERY fast.

I LOVE LIVING HERE! To the individual below; You probably paid a double deposit because you had a very low credit score. I make 5 times my rent. However, the reason I had to pay a double deposit was because of the information they got back from my credit report. Higher risk = the necessity for a higher collateral. No big deal though because their deposit is only $500. If you make 7 times rent you should probably not complain and ask for your credit report instead... you will then see why
