After doing my research and physically going into several dealerships, Normandin Dodge was a breath of fresh air from the high pressure sales. Sukheed is an honest salesperson. He didn't talk me into the car he wanted to sell me. He listened, and he let me choose the car that works best for me. The transaction was smooth. Thanks again.

They do not deserve any star, although I cant write a review without giving them one star. They have the worst customer service in the south bay. I went for service, service manager did not want to listen to me. He just kept ranting about the recall. I bought the new car from another dealer and this guys said if original dealer was not able to fix the issue, we cant either. Wow without even looking at the door, they decided not to fix it. Looks like they don't know what they're doing. But surprisingly they're still in business. Another time I called and wanted to schedule an appointment but there was nobody available in the WHOLE DEALERSHIP in the service. They have 2 girls who makes appointment but they'll just ignore the phone calls all day long. What an awful customer service. I am definitely not going there again.

Took my 2014 Ram 1500 truck here for service and warranty work. After some terrible experiences at other dealer, Steven Creek Dodge, I was not expecting much. Reyes Portillo, who is the truck service adviser, was fantastic. He was clear, open and honest. He even fixed work that was done incorrectly by the other dealer! It was a great experience to be treated like a customer again.

Worst customer service. I was looking for a new vehicle that Chrysler just launched this year. Went into the dealership and the overly arrogant girl at the counter neither greeted us or asked if I need any help. I asked if any of the sales person is available and she didn't answer. Neither she tried to page anyone or showed any respect to the customer. I waited to see if I can spot anyone who can help.. I left in 15 mins. Absolutely rubbish place and no sense of customer service. Whatever, history this place has is wasted by such arrogant and insensitive employees.

This review pertains solely to the service dept since I've only ever dealt with them and mind you, since I do my own work, primarily for recalls. The upside: folks at Normandin have always been very nice & I like that you can make an appointment for service. They have always gotten me in on time and out pretty quickly. The downside: It's a dealership so you have to expect overpriced parts but I paid $12 for one screw that had fallen out of my speaker mount and the last time I was there, a woman sitting next to me was being charged close to $500 for a Jeep Cherokee battery... ouch

When asked where to go pick up my car, I was told down the hall which was very confusing as nothing is marked. I guessed and went to cashiers window. I mean who would know that? Then she handed my keys and said someone will bring my car around. Again, I'm standing there wondering where to go. I had to ask someone else. Apparently you go out the door to the garage, but no one said that. Terrible customer service there. The older gentleman that got my car was wonderful and should give a few lessons on how to treat customers!

I recently bought at 2013 Ford Escape here and I had a great experience. Harry was the guys who helped me out. He worked with me on the price until I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend him.

Just bout a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this week. Literally the best car buying experience of my life. I simply called and spoke to James Mulder, he was super nice and accommodating. We came to a very fair price (for me at least...) within 5 minutes. The next day I came in, did a test drive, then filled out the paper work with Mark Normandin. Whole process was under an hour. Can't recommend this dealership high enough.
