After doing my research and physically going into several dealerships, Normandin Dodge was a breath of fresh air from the high pressure sales. Sukheed is an honest salesperson. He didn't talk me into the car he wanted to sell me. He listened, and he let me choose the car that works best for me. The transaction was smooth. Thanks again.

When asked where to go pick up my car, I was told down the hall which was very confusing as nothing is marked. I guessed and went to cashiers window. I mean who would know that? Then she handed my keys and said someone will bring my car around. Again, I'm standing there wondering where to go. I had to ask someone else. Apparently you go out the door to the garage, but no one said that. Terrible customer service there. The older gentleman that got my car was wonderful and should give a few lessons on how to treat customers!

I recently bought at 2013 Ford Escape here and I had a great experience. Harry was the guys who helped me out. He worked with me on the price until I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend him.

Made my first and last purchase at this dealership. If Mark is reading this, you know darn well what your people did. I know it was corrected, but shame on all of you. And the way Ben treated my wife and daughter after the fact is why I'm posting this. Looking forward to the CSS

They do not deserve any star, although I cant write a review without giving them one star. They have the worst customer service in the south bay. I went for service, service manager did not want to listen to me. He just kept ranting about the recall. I bought the new car from another dealer and this guys said if original dealer was not able to fix the issue, we cant either. Wow without even looking at the door, they decided not to fix it. Looks like they don't know what they're doing. But surprisingly they're still in business. Another time I called and wanted to schedule an appointment but there was nobody available in the WHOLE DEALERSHIP in the service. They have 2 girls who makes appointment but they'll just ignore the phone calls all day long. What an awful customer service. I am definitely not going there again.

Took my 2014 Ram 1500 truck here for service and warranty work. After some terrible experiences at other dealer, Steven Creek Dodge, I was not expecting much. Reyes Portillo, who is the truck service adviser, was fantastic. He was clear, open and honest. He even fixed work that was done incorrectly by the other dealer! It was a great experience to be treated like a customer again.

Just bout a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this week. Literally the best car buying experience of my life. I simply called and spoke to James Mulder, he was super nice and accommodating. We came to a very fair price (for me at least...) within 5 minutes. The next day I came in, did a test drive, then filled out the paper work with Mark Normandin. Whole process was under an hour. Can't recommend this dealership high enough.

I am such a HUGE Yelper and honestly couldn't wait to write this review. I seriously wish I could give them 10 stars because it's well deserved! I have been looking for an SUV for several months to get me out of a 2007 Nissan Altima. The issue I had was an upside down auto loan of $7080.00 on the Altima, fair credit and only $1000.00 to put down. I'm sure you can tell from that scenario that dealers didn't want to deal with me or the ones that did wanted more money down and a very high monthly payment. Last week I almost purchased a Ford Escape from Frontier Ford on Stevens Creek but the salesman came back to me with a very high monthly payment and interest rate. He also said I needed to put more money this. Mind you this was after sitting there for 3 hours going back and forth being told they can "make this happen." What really sent me over the edge was when I told the salesman I can't afford the monthly payment; he said "You make great money so you can afford it." I literally got up and walked out the door. So I went online and started my search over for an SUV and came across the cutest 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I fell in love with it. I sent an email inquiry for it and received a response within minutes from Scott Langton. I emailed him about my situation and asked if he thought they would be able to get me into the SUV I wanted. He asked me to come in so they could appraise my car and we would go from there. I went in last night after work with honestly not very high hopes due to my resent experience with other local dealers and as soon as I sat down I knew he was the guy that was going to make it happen. He actually went over my entire situation on paper and explained to me how the SUV I want has great incentives which helps with my current cars negative equity. He also went on the payment calculator and showed me different monthly payments based on different amounts financed and the interest rate. He really took the time to educate me which no one else has ever done. He also asked me how much I could afford on a monthly payment and if there was any wiggle room or if it was a hard number. He said he would make sure he stuck to what I said was a comfortable payment. After filling out my credit app Scott came to me and said "Great news, we can make this work!" After I said I approve the deal Scott took me to see my SUV and it was even better than I hoped for. During the test drive he was going over everything inside and showing me how everything worked. He even went through the Owner's Manual and highlighted some important information to read. Ounce the financing came through Scott turn me over to the finance rep Ben Zahra and thanks to his hard work and perseverance with the finance companies he got me a lower monthly payment and interest rate than they originally told me it would be. Ben jumped through hoops to get me the best deal to stay within the range I told them I could afford and the best thing is; 'they didn't ask for more money down to get it!' Ben was such a delight during the signing process and went over everything a signed in full detail. If I had a question he would explain the answer to me. My entire experience with Scott and Ben was the absolute GREATEST car buying experience I ever had. And at 45 years old I've bought a lot of cars. If you're looking for a new car PLEASE go to Scott at Normandin. I realize they have some negative reviews that people are entitled to review but my experience was AMAZING and I know yours would be too!!! Thank you Scott & Ben, I love my new Cherokee and it's all due to you two!!! Your new lifelong customer, Lisa
