Outpost of a local Philly chain offers all the mainstays like cheesesteaks & Italian hoagies.- Google
"A cheese steak needs fries, not your moms homemade potato salad or mac n cheese."
"Nice little restaurant near the liberty bell and the Mitchell and Ness store!"

Staff was very rude in their tone. If I wanted pompous expensive small portioned food I would've went to a 5 star restaurant. The whole place was overheated puffery. Not to mention cash only.

Really yummy but portions are wayyyyyyyy too huge! 2 people should share one. The queue is always pretty long but it moves fast. There's very limited seating area and there are always people waiting in the restaurant for the sandwiches.

Pretty terrible service from some pretty rude staff. Also if you're going to use a discount give it before you order not after or you will receive more rudeness.

I rarely do reviews but this was the best sausage and peppers I have ever had. Had one yesterday and have been salivating about my next trip back to Philly and will be going out of my way to get another. The only negative is they have packaged hot sauce, red pepper sauce is easy to make and would be a wonderful condiment for this sandwich. I have to admit, I am a bit suspicious of the negative reviews posted here.

Thanks for the compliment, and I must agree the red pepper sauce is easy enough and would be a nice compliment. Thanks for your input. Denise Campo

The staff was very rude and disrespectful towards me. A friend and I decided to check out the restaurant before heading to the Arden for a show. We came straight from work. I was extremely tired and hungry. I looked at the menu and then placed my order. It didn't occur to me that the ingredients included tomatoes...Once again, I was tired. When my food came out I immediately walked back over to the counter and explained that I couldn't eat the meal. I said, "I am highly allergic to tomatoes and didn't realize that this would have tomato in it." The cashier (woman) said, "It's just sauce...You can get something else but we cannot refund your money..." I told her that was fine and I apologized for the inconvenience. When I returned to my seat to wait for my food I could over hear the cashier and the cook talking badly about me. I wanted to snap, but decided to keep my composure. When my salad was done she said, "Here's your salad (in a nasty tone)...They kept talking until we left. If I wasn't allergic to tomatoes I probably would've eaten the meal... *I will never give them my service again. I work with the public daily in my career. We value our customers...Without them the business wouldn't prosper.

Cheesesteak has thickly sliced meat (not a bad thing) with large grilled onions and they do not disappoint with amount of cheese whiz. Good place to grab a beer with your food and sit outside or inside looking out the huge open air window facing market street.

Probably not the best cheesesteaks in Philly, but still pretty good. Great place if you're in the area.

Not a bad stop for a cheese steak if you want to avoid the more famous and in-the-middle of everything shops. Service lacks because these guys just want you in and out as fast as they can. Better know what you want before you get up there.
