I had the pleasure of visiting Biaggi's after a long day on the town in lovely Salt Lake City. The Lobster Alfredo was exceptional, and the waiter, Josh, was awesome. Great atmosphere for a wonderful dinner, with fantastic food and excellent service. A must visit!

The food was fine, the service wasn't. The empty tables had far more attention from our waiter than we did. The only times he stopped at our table was to take our orders, deliver our food and hand us the bill. If he'd even bothered to leave a carafe of water on the table to allow us to refill our own glasses it would have been 100% improvement in service.

I went here during the Dine-O-Round, so I'm not sure how expensive it really is, but I loved the food. The pasta was amazing, and I absolutely adore their tiramisu. The waiter was a little bit hard to get a hold of, but was very friendly.

I've been to Biaggi's plenty in my life but never as a person with a restricted diet that forces me to watch my intake of everything, not just calories. I was taken to Biaggi's for a business lunch. I called ahead and told them that I wanted to know if they had the nutrition information available in the restaurant. The woman on the phone said Yes. When we got to the restaurant, I asked for the nutrition information and the waiter looked at me like I was crazy. He said they didn't have it available and I told him that I was told that it was available. He left and several minutes later, the Executive Chef shows up and gives me the run around. He says, "We are a made from scratch kitchen so it would be impossible to calculate nutrition accurately." I sat there thinking, "Ummmm, excuse me, but I cook in my kitchen all the time, and I accurately calculate the nutrition for everything I make and I cook everything from scratch, including my pastas and sauces." I was flabbergasted that he would think I would believe that. I asked him to guesstimate. After fumbling over a couple of my options, he offered to steam veggies for me and grill me a piece of chicken instead. This immediately told me that there is nothing on their menu under 700 calories, except perhaps a half cup of their minestrone soup. I thought it was incredibly generous of the Chef to offer to cook me something that was not on the menu but it troubles me that I walked into this chain restaurant and was unable to get a straight answer about nutrition. If it was a restaurant with only one location, I could totally understand. But this is a big restaurant. So I was just really disappointed.

We went to Biaggi's and loved it so much we decided to have use it for our wedding luncheon. We got to try a pretty big variety and everything was absolutely delicious. I would never order bread pudding, but tried it there and it was amazing. Good price for what you get too. I would highly recommend it.

even olive garden serves better bread!!! The first impression was (gulp) horrifying, cold bread on the table, with an uninterested waitress. I was pretty blunt and asked her if she could get some bread out of the oven. She came back in less than 5 mins, they seemed microwaved....i cudnt chew the was so hard.An italian dinner and the bread was so darn cheaply done. Secondly, i guess the total no. of tables occupied were 3 (inclg ours) the emptiness spoke for itself. We shud have walked out after the bread episode, SAD we didnt. I ordered for some soup and my friends went for the Chefs specialities. The soup was good, the main entrees were GREASY, of the 5 different dishes, only the salmon and shrimp risotto was good. The place was overall PATHETIC.Never ever going back, will never take a friend. We had friends from LA...they were disappointed, we were feeling sorry but i just cant get it out of my head that the bread was frozen cold!!!! damnit!!!

The food made my taste buds reach a new level! It was totally amazing. The service was awesome. Every time I took a sip of water they refilled it. The food was done in 15 minutes. One of the best resturaunts ever. Try the apple dessert!

I've been here several times and have enjoyed all of the dishes! I especially love the Butternut Squash raviolis, superb. The service was great as well. Greeted promptly and curtiously.
