2 years ago my hubby gave me a massage and a facial at Salon O and I've been hooked ever since!!! Martha (the owner) is funny and fantastic! She talked me into changing my skin care regime (I never had one before), I'm using moisturizer (never before) and my skin looks awesome!! Shelly my wonderful masseuse works wonders (I have a bad car wreck last year and she's kept me from living on pain pills). She can stretch my muscles and work on my aches and pains and an hour with her will take away all your problems (or at least seem that way). I've been so happy I took the office ladies at Christmas for a group pedicure, it was fabulous!!!

Service was very good for the price. Spa mani and pedi for under $50. They could work a bit on the 'atmosphere' of the salon it seems - a more relaxed, quiet atmosphere (instead of rock music from the radio) would be nice.

On a holiday whim and a credit card I bought a LivingSocial deal for The Nature Company: $99 for a conditioning treatment + blowout, mani + pedi, massage and a facial. I finally got around to using the deal nearly six months later, just before it expired. I liked that it was a natural spa that didn't use harsh chemicals. I'd never had a facial before and immensely enjoyed that. The massage was good-- not great, not life-altering, but good. The mani + pedi held up about as well as most do, which was impressive without all the harsh chemicals leaking into my system, changing me into a superhero or cancer patient. My hair got a lovely blowout that I am too lazy to ever replicate on my own time. The deal was definitely well worth it and I only wish I could have afforded to tip everyone more. I would book here again, especially for the facial.

I went here for a haircut with Lacey. She was great! Super friendly and sweet. She was easy-going, but spoke up when I asked her what she thought (I hate those people who just say "whatever you want"... you're the expert -- you tell me!). The place itself is relatively small and quiet, although I was only in the haircut area. They have great hours (open until 7pm!) and the service was great. I'm already planning to go bak to try other services.

The service here was terrible. We booked an appointment several weeks in advance. When we went in they told us we didn't have an appointment. There were three of us, and my mom had made a special birthday trip from out of town for facials and mani/pedis. They didn't even apologize for messing up, and acted like we had lied about making the appointment. When we tried to reschedule, they didn't have another appointment for three months! When we asked for the appointment info in and email so we had proof, they didn't send the email. After calling three times, I am yet to receive a confirmation email about our appointment. The service here is terrible and unprofessional.
