My favorite tattoo parlor :)
Doc Yager Tattoo Co
335 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604
Got my first tattoo here done by Doc himself! He did a beautiful job, and really took care of me! I'll be going back in a few weeks to get my second tat done by him. I'm sure I'll be stickin' with Doc for as long as I ride the tat addiction.

My favorite sushi place
California Rollin
B117, 274 Goodman St N, Rochester, NY 14607
I LOVE California Rollin'!! The last time I went, it was cramped, and half the size of what it is now! It's newly renovated, and beautiful. The wait is always long on a weekend evening, but ALWAYS worth it.

A lot of people complain about the bad service, and the poor quality atmosphere, but when you walk into Califonia Rollin', it has a dim, loud bar like setting. When you sit through the night, and wait for all your food, and drinks, you'll understand why waitresses frequently forget or make mistakes. You'll be surprised to find all the different varieties of sushi they have, and no doubt a lot of it is American-ized; nontheless though, it is still made in the traditional way that sushi is rolled, and tastes GREAT. (I always get a groupon before going, but it's easy to get carried away with additional costs!)

The worst I had it was ordering a sprite, and getting a pepsi. Totally okay. We still got all our sushi, and it was phenomenal as always! I frequently get the Dancing Diablo Salmon which is tempura'd and coated in BBQ sauce!

Please give the place a chance, especially if you've visited before (unless you really don't like loud, crowded places). It is newly renovated, and not what it used to be!

And on a final note, the house plum beer is fantastic. :)

Belle's Bakery is one of the most wondrous cafés in Columbus! They have fantastic desserts, delicious pastries and a number of additional delicacies. My favorite dessert is the green tea matcha roll with sweet red beans. They bring authentic Japanese culture to Columbus, and it's unlike any other dessert café!

As a college student, Sunlight is very convenient for me, and the price is reasonable. The facilities are very well maintained and very clean. I love the newer washing and drying machines they got just last year that run on both credit cards and coin operation or a combo of both. I can get about two months worth of laundry (30-40lbs) done in about two hours for somewhere around $16 - that's awesome compared to my apartment facilities that require up to four hours or more!! These new machines can take up to 90lbs max capacity which means more clean laundry in ONE LOAD! Smaller ones start at $3.xx/load, then $6.xx and $12.xx. So I can easily wash my linens with no hassle, and it doesn't cost $30. The only cons are that it's usually always very busy and there's not enough machines. Other than that, Sunlight has been very good to me.

Schnucks is a wonderful place for meals, or even just plain grocery shopping! During the Championship for FIRST Robotics, it's my team's #1 stop for lunch, and dinner! It's location is so convenient, and the hot bar / made to order meals are somewhat inexpensive, and taste great. They're similar to a Kroger, only run much quicker, and serve the best possible customer service. I'm happily enjoying their steak quesadilla, and caramel frappe! YUM!

My fiance, and I were eager to find a new chinese place in Westerville, and came across Q2 thanks to Urban Spoon! We visited on a Sunday night, and were pretty skeptical about the empty parking lot. The moment we were seated, we were treated with the utmost care and given our drinks quickly! I ordered the crab ragoons, and they were not only perfect, but created very quickly. I wasn't even finished with them when the main course arrived! We both had the Famous Ramen which was outstanding, and I loved that it came in a cast iron pot with healthy portions of noodles, meat, and greens. Our waiter was very quick to take care, and check on us consistently to refill beverages and ensure that our meal was enjoyable. Decor is nice and shares a dark toned ambiance with wonderful wallpapers, and comfortable seating... the music is light, and fitting for the restaurant setting. We were very impressed, and can't wait to return, and try something new!

The single King bed rooms are a little awkward..the dresser/tv console is right in the middle of the room. We had a bit of a frenzy with one of the front end responders... we promptly arrived around 11:30am, and no rooms were cleaned and prepared yet. She refused to take our number to call us when any rooms would be available. We couldn't even call into the hotel at all. The phone just continued to ring. This hotel is very old styled, and is noticeably used with old dark rugged carpeting, and scuffed walls. Definitely will not be staying here again. For those of you who have prolonged hotel stays that order room service meals: they have none.

I'm sure I'll be stickin' with Doc for as long as I ride the tat addiction. Doc is fantastic. I brought in my second request with a vague description of what I wanted, and not a second later he already had some great ideas. Can't wait to see what he's got drawn up for me!
