Had pizza here last night. It was delicious! The staff was friendly, the service was prompt. I visit Chicago alot, and for a quick, affordable bite to eat, I go here. I can highly recommend this pizza place.

Pizzeria Uno was my final stop on my trip to the windy city, and it was definitely worth going and eating there, despite how busy they seemed to be. The location is pretty accessible and they validate parking in a nearby parking ramp if you choose to drive there, but as with most of Chicago walking there is also a good choice. The wait was around 45 minutes with a pretty full house, and the pizza is started when you tell the host what you want, so it only took a few minutes after we sat down to get our pizza. We ordered a large Four Cheese and pesto pizza, the staff was friendly if not a little overzealous, and the pizza itself was fantastic especially for those who love cheese. I'd definitely recommend it for the history and for the food, and if you're a pizza lover I can assure you won't be disappointed, while the place is old fashioned in some ways the food was worth the wait.

Waited for 45 minutes for a seat.... Pizza was not good I do not believe this is chicago style pizza. The Buffalo wings were decent but full of fat ugh!! Overall I would not recommend his place. Waiter was not paying attention to our drinks drinks were empty for 30 minutes had to call for a refill.

We've visited Pizza Uno because we've heard so much about it. The wait was long (1 hour 10 minutes), and the food took a while when we finally were seated (20 minutes). The pizza was a huge disappointment. Greasy with hints of singed crust. On the bright side, staff members were nice, they got us started on beer while we were outside waiting. And the shop, crammed with loud people and vintage decor, has its own charm.

I do appreciate the significance of Unos. Its history and what this pizzaria represents is something unique and special to Chicago cuisine. However, the pizza is simply okay to me. I don't find anything mouth-watering about it. I don't find myself craving it. And there are easily a number of other options I'd spring for when it comes to pizza cravings in Chicago. Sorry Uno, but you're over-hyped.

Best pizza there is, sadly this young generation has been rased on fast food versions of what we loved. If you want the real thing and not some fast food version. I have always chosen Unos sense 1979.

Great service from start to finish. Hostess was courteous. Even though we had a 45 min wait our pizza order was taken, that way when we got our table our pizza was almost ready. Bartender was very nice, maxwell the waiter was on point! Pizza was delicious. Overall great experience.

Great place to try Chicago style pizza and I went with a Chicagoan so I'm pretty sure it was what it had to be. This style of pizza is, of course, unique and different from the Italian style, however it's good.
