Here is our very own Ramsay Zenati, fifth generation of the family business (grandson of the late James Dickson 1933-2011), helping to promote the fishing industry in East Lothian, being photographed at Port Seton harbour by East Lothian Food and Drinks, Emma Martin, for the 'Made by Us' campaign.

His photo will be used in promotional material and has also been made into a pull up banner, which will be used at this weekend's Highland Show.

As part of the East Lothian Food and Drink BID initiative, we were offered the opportunity of working with second year students from Queen Margaret University (QMU). Initially it was to produce a podcast about our fish business, but the students decided to do a video as well.

They came to interview Pamela and visit our shop/fish premises to find out all about the fish processing business.

Pamela was then invited to QMU to watch their presentation of the podcast and video, and give feedback on the results - which she was very impressed with. Many thanks to the students for all their help and hard work.
