Legend has it that a Ceredigion giant called Bica was suffering from terrible tooth ache that he spat out the offending tooth in anger.

The weathered rock known as Carreg Bica which juts out majestically at Llangrannog beach is supposed to be this very tooth! See our website for more details: http://bit.ly/2j6keGU

Have you seen it? Post up your pics of it here!

Yn ôl y chwedl, roedd cawr yng Ngheredigion o'r enw Bica yn dioddef o ddannodd mor ofnadwy hyd nes iddo boeri’r dant allan mewn dicter.

Mae’r graig a adnabyddir fel Carreg Bica sy’n ymwthio’n urddasol i’r môr ar draeth Llangrannog i fod yn ddannedd hwn! Gweler ein gwefan am fwy o fanylion http://bit.ly/2jllA12

Ydych chi wedi ei weld? Cyhoeddwch eich lluniau yma!

Chepstow is a special place to us – it’s the start / finish point of the Wales Coast Path and joins up with the Offa's Dyke Path National Trail (177 miles).

They both join up with one another so combined you can walk over over a 1,000 miles around the perimeter Wales!

You can also visit the oldest wooden doors in Europe, right here in Chepstow Castle. See website link for more details: http://bit.ly/2j6keGU

Mae Capel Sant Gofan yn dyddio o’r 14eg ganrif, ac yn swatio yng ngwaelod clogwyni gyda’r golygfeydd gorau o’r môr yn Sir Benfro gyfan.

I gyrraedd y capel, mae’n rhaid disgyn nifer o risiau ond yn ôl y chwedl, nid yw’r niferoedd byth yr un fath yn y ddau gyfeiriad .... chwedl neu’r gwirionedd?

Helpwch ni i herio’r chwedl #heriohanes trwy gyfrif a chofnodi nifer y grisiau yn y ddau gyfeiriad!

Cewch wybod sut i gyrraedd y capel cudd hwn ar ein gwefan...http://bit.ly/1ORnSPl

The 14th century St Govan’s Chapel is nestled at the bottom of cliffs with the best sea views Pembrokeshire has to offer.

The number of steps to get to the chapel is never the same going down as it is going up…..legend or reality?

Help us #challengethelegend by posting the number of steps you count in both directions!

Find out more about how to get to this intriguing chapel on our website…http://bit.ly/1KBJVFS

Did you know that 25 January is St Dwynwen Day – the Welsh version of Valentine’s Day?

The remains of her convent is on the breathtakingly beautiful Llanddwyn Island on the Anglesey section of the Wales Coast Path.

Download the “Saint, Sea and Sand” trail map and follow in the footsteps of St Dwynwen!
