Does anyone have a surefire way (and material) to replace the foil on the outside of the prism display? I live in a very humid area and mine wrinkled and came undone, so now all ambient light enters the prism. Does anyone have any good fixes?

Thanks!

Do you like sports movies? More to the point, do you NOT like sports movies? I bet I can change your mind.

I put together a little correlative experiment to produce high-fidelity recommendations for sports flicks...and I need your help. Basically, I'm betting I can suggest sports-themed movies you'll REALLY like by indicating you like unrelated things - you might find you enjoy Little Giants because you dug My Cousin Vinny, This is Spinal Tap, and Texas Chainsaw 3D. (No, really.)

Just indicate how you'd rate each flick in the link below. If you haven't seen a particular movie, don't guess or BS....just skip it.

Thanks!

On this day 45 years ago, the greatest guitarist to ever pick up the instrument left us...and became ours forever. Thank you, Jimi.

My new Amazon order came in - the memoirs of the king of the Imagineers, who started out as Walt Disney's chief speechwriter. Looks GOOD.

The haka has a unique duality, with the pre-battle cry originating in ancient times. If you've ever seen one performed live, describing it as "thoroughly intimidating" is a massive understatement...it can be downright frightening. It's meant to make an impression on one's opponent. But it's also simultaneously the ultimate sign of respect.

And by both merits, it makes an unforgettable impact.

I need your feedback on a title for a new scientific whitepaper I'm writing, folks. It's either "Evaluation of audio-animatronic algorithms for maxillofacial gesticulation", or "How to make a robot do duckface".

(ps: And try to forgive my allusion to Grease 2 in the picture.)

The new transparency?
The new transparency? - Twitter is now live streaming their quarterly earnings call publicly using Periscope (https://www.periscope.tv/w/aIfubzU3MDY0M3w0ODk1NDA2OY_1IC7MZbhnif7PBgQ82cktAY_nF-gClnWeXH_7xtC0). That's awesome.

Similarly, Netflix has used Hangouts as an investor relations stage with the media for the last couple of years - https://www.youtube.com/user/NetflixIR.

On a hot summer Georgia evening exactly 19 years ago, a 4'9" young lady from Tucson proved she had bigger balls than all other athletes in Atlanta combined. Respect forever, Kerri.
