If you want to be treated like an average Joe, who doesn't know any better, I would highly recommend this place. It is largely very old, but has a pretty good boob job to lift appearances. I stayed here in a, "1700sq ft Fantasy Tower, penthouse ", and the room was pretty cool except the inconvenience of not having any water , mini bar, or even internet. If you don't mind having to fight and claw for things as basic as water in your room, this is the place for you. After specifically requesting for the second time that the full wet bar in the room please be stocked with a variety of liquors to choose from, I reluctantly asked in person at the front desk for the 3rd and fourth time that if they could at least bring up some water, I resorted to visiting the local liquor store to purchase at extreme additional cost some alcohol bottles, water, and mini bar style snacks. The calamity continued into the following days as the maid service came into make the bed, but proceeded to leave all the lip stick clad glassware and trash EXACTLY AS IT SAT forcing me to return to the front desk to specifically request that the trash be removed from the room, as well as seeing if they might again consider bringing some typical minibar items up. Return later to find trash still in the room, however the glasses and empty belvedere bottles been removed. At this point, realizing that this was the best that they could do, I cleaned up my own room, and headed downstairs to visit the in hotel store located adjacent from the front desk, where I found a decent variety of mid sized liquor bottles that would have really been special for us had I not already expended my alcohol budget driving back and fourth to the liquor store. Over all, in a nutshell, there is a reason only a very young, LOCAL crowd of people seem to patronize this candy coated kids hang out. The staff here is not going to make you feel like your important, and in fact may even seem to take steps to make you feel the opposite.

I went here today and it was great experience. It is about 3:30, and I'd have to recommend that anyone should look forward to visiting this establishment. Just based one my experience from today. All the food is all hot and looks like it just came out of the oven. The Buffett area looks completely full of food, the fellow who showed me my table was very enthusiastic and eager to help me. Feels like I'm in 1989 again. Not likely to forget how pleasant this evenings visit was.

The experience I had a here was not great. Some mistakes were made and I ended up waiting for just over an hour to receive most of what I ordered. However, it only took about 45 minutes to find out that what I had ordered,( French toast), had run out and I should look for something else on the menu. I was full of coffee and mimosa so nothing else looked good at the time. The manager visited us a few times and eventually insisted on putting or bill on the house. Thank you! And we will come back for another try because the food is very good, and the drinks and atmosphere are even better.

I have to say this place is really very good for the price. You can tell from the freshly combed sand all around the pool area, the the carefully placed towels on the beach chairs, ... Someone really cares about this place. The room is very nice and clean with leather furniture and with a modern boutique deco atmosphere. It even has flat screens in each area of the room, also in each of the beach cabanas outside around the pool. However, they might consider raising the prices. The special they have running might be bringing in a un-sociable crowd..... Making this not an appropriate situation for anyone but the younger (but certainly over 21), more energetic crowd. I personally will be likely to return, however I will not bring my personal vehicle as the parking lot IS a little bit frightening. I would not want something to happen to my car. Tip: bring your rental car!

The people who work here are not nice. Was basically being treated like trash. I wasn't sure if I was at a hotel, or the Dmv . Terrible service. AND the room is not sufficiently air conditioned. The lobby , (which is packed with other people waiting and also which you will be waiting in for a long long time), is not air conditioned at all
