Thanks for this article.  It looks like most of these posts are from 2012.  I used to have Crohn's disease but have had no evidence of it, even on biopsy, for the past 3.5 years.  I'm looking for 10 people who want to do a little study with me to see if what I did can help them.  It's lifestyle/behavior modification coupled with nutrition in a support group style setting.  Long-distance is fine.  Please email me if you want more info:  sharonmeredith@gmail.com www.fitnesswithheart.com
