I am most grateful that Google in collaboration with Udacity and Andela offered me a scholarship to partake in their awesome online programming course AKA Google Africa Scholarship.

In a nut shell, the tutors really understand what they are teaching such that they are able to relate these complex programming scenarios to real world examples making it very easy to grasp the core concepts.

I am happy to say just a halfway through the course lifted my capacity beyond measures. Now I know and understand the right way of doing things as a developer as well as the industry technologies in use today.

Big ups to @Google,@Udacity and @Andela for this opportunity.

Hello Vue Developers,

I wanted you to have a look at my beginner question.

Basically, I have created a dynamic button but Vue is unable to listen to the click event on the dynamic button.

Can someone have a look at it from the URL below and any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi Django guys,

I want to ask you a beginner question. I am coming from PHP background and a child in Django.

My problem is that, I have followed the basic Django Blog app and I understood it well. But, I realize that I cannot tell which django modules I must import to solve a task.

There are a lot of modules to be imported into views to get things done which I cannot memorize.

60% of the time,I find myself looking up how things are done from the documentation.

Please,intermediate Django people, do you also find yourself always figuring out how petty things are done in the docs like I am doing? OR you know your ways around most of the stuffs by prolonged usage.

I just want to compare my Django experience with you and check whether mine is on a the normal scale.

Hi python community, nice meeting you all. I use python and i love it

Hi pals,

My jQuery is giving me a headache. My problem is as follows.

I have a text input field in a form which I am validating with jQuery before the form can get submitted via AJAX.

When the input field is empty for the first time, jQuery is able detect and my validation message gets shown.

But after that,when I now enter a value in the text field,it still gets treated as if there was no value untill I have refreshed the page. That is the problem guys.

Is there some special caching going on behind the scenes?

Below are the things I've tried
1. I have used <meta http-equiv="'pragma'" content="'no-cache'">

2. I have wrapped my jQuery function in
$(document).on ("click","#mySubmitBtn",function (){

//here I'm getting the value of the text input
var textInput = $("#myTextInputID").val ();

//and here I am validating it which only works for the
//first time
if (textInput == ""){
alert ("my prompt message goes here");
}

}

What is actually wrong with my approach pals?
Or is there any trick around this such that
