Wonderful place. It's beautiful, it's clean, it's got a great staff and a wonderful breakfast. We had a terrible experience with the BW in DC and this place was like heaven to weary travelers.

For the money this hotel was okay. I wanted to save a little by staying outside of DC and this place was available and seemed reasonable. We stayed for 5 nights. It is an older hotel, the first thing I noticed was that the plug-ins wouldn't even hardly hold the plug to my computer or phone charger. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was fine, however, my husband and son went down one morning and it wasn't set up. (it was supposed to be ready by at least 6 or 7 in the morning and it wasn't. The shuttle was prompt for the most part with the exception on one evening, the driver was late, but there had been a wreck and traffic was even backed up on our way back to the hotel. As far as the location goes, there are three restaurants across the street, it's not really located near any "convenient" type stores which would have been nice. But like I said, for the money, it met my family's needs.

I really enjoyed my stay. I went for the weekend but was surprised that they had a party going on however the crowd was fine. My room was really nice only thing was i couldn't find the ice machine...lol . The only Bad thing was I didn't know that they had van service until it was time for me to leave and i wasn't told that they had breakfast. My overall visit was great!!!! I know when i return to MD they will be my first choice.

RUN AWAY and DON"T LOOK BACK!!! After a wonderful day in Washington DC, we arrived here ready to wind down and relax. Got to the hotel to find scary VOMIT and/or BLOOD stains on our carpet, a remote control that did not work, and a wireless network with shoddy connectivity. Went to the bar only to be told that we would have to order HIGHLY OVERPRICED and/or WATERED DOWN drinks and would have to leave the bar; there was an event that reserved the whole bar. Realized we would be hearing about the event all night as our neighbors and other drunken party goers HOLLERED in our hallway in the rooms next door. Even the premium cable channel was not working. In summary, If you are going to spend $90 on a room, don't spend it on this crap-hole.
