Tiny Real-Life Dragon Photographed in Indonesia
No, this is not a Photoshop. It’s called Draco volans, or the Flying Dragon, and are native to the southwest tropical forests of Asia and India. In order to move from one place to another, Flying Dragons will spread the skin flaps along their abdomens and glide out of trees or from other high areas.

SORRY, LOKI FANS . . .
Loki was never worshiped. In the academic world, there's little agreement on anything. On this point, however, there is consensus. He may be venerated today by fanboys & fangirls, but this is a new & artificial phenomenon.

"Everyone agrees that there was never any cult of Loki." - John Lindow

"There is no evidence of [Loki's] worship among men." - H.R. Ellis Davidson

"[Loki] had no discernable place in pagan religion." - Christopher Abram

"There is nothing to suggest that Loki was ever worshipped." - E.O.G. Turville-Petre

"There was no cult of Loki, and place-names based on his name are equally unknown." - Rudolf Simek

"Snorri's effort to produce a list of thirteen Æsir, of whom one (Loki) was to prove a traitor, looks suspiciously like an attempt to align the Æsir with the disciples of Christ." - Andy Orchard

General Zombies Discussion  -

Last week Norman Reedus tweeted & instagrammed some images taken during the filming of a commercial which will air during the Super Bowl. Although it was initially reported by some blogs that AMC purchased the $4 million 30-second spot, today Time Warner Cable confirmed to Business Insider that the commercial will be for them and a 3 minute Walking Dead themed commercial posted for Bright House Networks (see below) seems to confirm that. We imagine the commercial to air on Super Bowl Sunday will be much different than the segment below, as a 3 minute commercial for this year’s Super Bowl would run $24 million (which is deep even for Time Warner’s pockets).

Another Zombie Christms Carol.  Merry Christmas Everyone :)

Good King Wenceslas Tastes Great

Sung to the tune of “Good King Wenceslas”

Good King Wenceslas tastes great;
 We might as well eat Stephen,
 When the brains lay round about,
 Toasted crisp and bleedin’.
Brightly shown the moon that night,
 Though the virus cruel.
 When a poor man came in sight,
 He made fine undead fuel.

Hither, Zombies chase after her.
 Agnes, she is yelling.
 Yonder peasant, how she screams,
 For her brains they’re a jelling.
 Surely she will try to hide
 Underneath the mountain,
 Or deep in the forest hence
 While Agnes is digestin’.

Bring me flesh, and bring me brains.
 Bring me Zombies hither.
 Thou and I will see them dine;
 They even bite through leather.
 Free and screaming, forth they went,
 Zombies right behind them,
 Through the poor souls’ wild lament.
 Bitter brains are better.
