I have searched high and low for the perfect boxing gym. K2 brings together the mix of martial arts and the cardio of kick boxing. The instructors are all knowledgeable and take the time to actually teach. Boxing isn't just about cardio but also technique. They take the time to teach you the proper way to punch, and kick. I went in as just someone wanting a new way to work out, and came out learning how to defend myself, while keeping my body toned and losing 15 pounds!
