My musical noodling has produced an EP. Maybe up your alley if you like synthwave, chill, droning stuff.

Weather and time aligned, at last, giving me a chance to knock this together. I’ve got some antler tines I’m sanding down into small flakes to notch the bottom. Banded obsidian of some sort, hence the almost transparent section. #flintknapping

At the begging of my weekly game group I have taken up my sashimono and agreed to run the L5R beta. Seeing as I can't do things halfway I printed the thing out and mocked up the funky dice with FFG's template. They love FFG Star Wars so it shouldn't be too big of a leap.

The new system stands in the gap between classic roll and keep and FFG's non-numerical dice system in interesting ways. Looking forward to poking around with it. And seppuku.

I'm so rusty, but I'm climbing back into the wagon for #inktober

Hey my folken, which WEG Star Wars book covered smuggling/trade? I'm running a very loose FFG Edge of the Empire campaign and could stand a little extra setting for the ins and outs of that dirty business.

Those sourcebooks covered the nuts and bolts magnificently.

Today's #GoogleDoodle is precious. I love musical toys.

This one came it really well! Worked hard to do all the intermediate steps that make things come out well and not a pile of sad shards.

This and that. Been too long since I knapped anything. That one in the middle was my warmup and it's pretty misshapen.

Last week I wrote a throwaway encounter for my DCC campaign involving a miniature coliseum full of caged animals. When the cages were tampered with the offending PC was teleported to the stadium floor and forced to fight the creature to the death. The rest of the group could also leap into the coliseum, or meddle with the miniature from a macro scale.

After releasing a crocodile, the group was in bad shape until one of the unshrunk PC's hefted the whole building, causing the attacking crocodile to lose its footing and led to its eventual demise. The player thought it was the coolest encounter he had ever experienced. I squee'd a little.

Has anything you've throw at your players land far better than you'd ever hoped?
