Local seafood at its best!  Dixie Crossroads has been serving local wild-caught seafood since 1983. Families have been coming here for generations and always bring their out-of-town visitors for a taste of local seafood, char-grilled steaks, homemade soups and desserts. A full bar compliments any occasion. Open every day at 11am. Large groups welcome!

The rock shrimp is to die for... The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was very nice and polite if you are lucky enough to get Kim as your waitress she is wonderful... Had the raspberry daiquiri it was fantastic... It's a little pricy but if you get the all you can eat menu, it's worth it!!!

Without question, some of the finest seafood I've ever eaten and for a very reasonable price. The coconut shrimp with the creamy pineapple dipping sauce just about makes you go cross-eyed it's so good...and my wife had an excellent lobster dinner for less than $20. Just outside the window from us we could watch the fish and turtles swimming in the pool. It's one of the few restaurants today where the noise level is low and one can have a conversation. The service was excellent, too. All told, an outstanding dining experience.

I used to love coming here, but a lack of communication ruined my husband's birthday surprise and the so-called general manager, Mr Clay Townsend made it worse by blowing off our concerns when they were brought up to him. I don't care how many employees you have, Mr Townsend, obviously they are lacking communication skills that you "continuous training" isn't covering. You can bet I'll take my $200 business elsewhere from now on. You just lost a very loyal customer in not only me, but my local family who came at least monthly if not more often.

Dear Mrs. Jeffery, We were disappointed to hear about your recent experience. We spoke with our manager, Clay, and he agreed that indeed there was a miscommunication to the server about bringing your husband’s dessert and singing happy birthday. Clay told us that he truly apologized for the miscommunication (several times), gave you a gift certificate to return – but was unable to correct the surprise since he spoke with you after the event. We do address this topic in our customer service training program. Your feedback has helped us identify the need to more effectively manage the communication between departments so we have added this to our twice daily staff meetings to hopefully prevent this from happening again. We do value your business and hope that you will return and let us show you that this is not our normal standard of service. Sincerely, The Dixie Crossroads Management Team
