NEW FOR 2015 | This year there will be a selection of contributors writing interesting articles for our blog. First up is Fliss Doyle, a Bristol based Sports Therapist, here she has produced a brilliant article on the importance of a nice peachy bottom in long distance running and injury prevention. Grab yourself a cup of tea and have a little read of this...

Some fabulous photos from a recent adventure weekend we ran for Merrell and several Journalists. Set in the Brecon Beacons, we spent two days hill walking, mountain running, rock climbing and abseiling. (and of course sinking a couple of beers in the local pub to finish it all off!)

Last week we ran a private Mountain Running Workshop for Catherine, a super keen Ultra runner who recently ran 80 miles of the Cotswold Way and is soon to race in the Brecon Ultra in December. We did loads of navigation training, skills practice and racked up just under 5 hours on our feet over Corn Du, Pen y Fan, Cribyn, Fan y Big and around the Taf Fechan Forest and Pontsticill Reservoir... and obviously not to forget some serious lightweight gear chat! Awesome day, check out the photos...
