At Printwell Design we have been playing David Bowie's last album, "Blackstar" almost daily. When Bowie's graphic designer of recent years made public the graphics used on the album cover we asked him if we could use them to print 12" album replicas, which could be framed, FREE of charge to Bowie fans. His reply: "errr no." So sorry about that. We tried.

Liam Ó Maoinlaí and friends at the Pavilion Dun Laoghaire, Oct 2016. An amazing achievement – translating Bowie's lyrics into Irish (by Gabriel Rosenstock) and musical re-arrangement for drums, bass, guitars, sax and keyboards. The backdrop presented slides (mostly of Bowie) and synced Irish sub-titled lyrics. The link is of the encore of "Heroes".
