Hosted by Iowa Governor Terry Branstad, the conference was held this past week, Our students, under the direction of Chef Brad Scott, presented their work on Friday and Saturday.
The Governor even mentioned us and our students’ great work during a live feed on CSPAN. Check out the video on right.
This followed a stop Governor Branstand made at the Scott Community College Culinary and Hospitality Center just two days earlier.

Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) includes Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges. The district covers all of Clinton, Jackson, Muscatine and Scott Counties, as well as parts of Cedar and Louisa Counties.
The district was established in 1965 when the Iowa state legislature formed community college districts throughout the state. EICC combined the already existing Clinton and Muscatine Junior Colleges as well as the vocational-technical program which existed in Scott County.
