Do not be fooled...I had an appointment with desire to have my teeth cleaned. Their initial recommendation included the cleaning, some medication, and few other add on's for a cost of $160. I asked if I could just have my teeth cleaned and they said "no, the whole package is mandatory." So I declined and decided to walk, they stopped me on my way out and offered to drop the add on's and charge $45 for the cleaning/meds. I accepted because I was overdue for a cleaning. Shady business practice, seems like they just want your money instead of customer care.

I actually like the CS . Scott was terrific in her humble soothing as I was getting a root canal. Very gentle, well as gentle can be. Ummmm. As far as the assistant, she was a little unprofessional. Saying she like the main dentist hat while she had to keep my mouth dry for my surgery. Overall four starz!

I've been getting my cleanings done here for several years and always had a good experience. Dr. Scott is fantastic.

I love this dentist already and havent went in for my appt yet. The desk receptionist was very respectful and helpful. I f that was great I bet there service will be the same.

The staff is pretty incompetent here. First, they never correctly scheduled my appointment time. I called to get directions, and they had no clue who I was because I wasn't on the books for an appointment even though I had made one weeks in advance. Second, the wait time was insulting. I arrived on time yet I still had to wait an hour because they were backed up. Third, the office staff didn't communicate well with each other. They never performed X-rays on me yet kept referring to them. I told the staff member no X-rays had been done. The staff pointed fingers at each other in a comedy sketch like way blaming the other member for the forgotten X-rays. The one positive note was the orthodontist. She was knowledgeable and professional. I just didn't feel comfortable selecting this office for future use because the orthodontist couldn't make up for the staff. I sincerely hope she finds and trains better staff before they ruin her business and credibility.

You may wait half an hour past your appointment time to be taken in, but that's because every patient receives the quality of attentive care they need at Lasting Impressions. I'm definitely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, skill of the doctors and aides, and would certainly recommend bringing children here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE> Do not go here. Better off not going at all than letting them screw up your teeth. I lived in the area, and I figured it is good to support local businesses. I was treated terribly by the staff, I had to get a cavity filled on the side of my tooth in the back of my mouth, and when they finished my two teeth were STUCK TOGETHER. After the procedure the dentist that assisted me (was not the main Dentist, was a younger woman) could not even get floss in between my teeth because it kept tearing the floss. She told me it would "get better" and they sent me home. HOW? Magically? I called and complained a week later when it didn't get any better, and when I came back in they barely tried to help me and said I will just have to get a stronger floss. Apparently they don't have the "stronger floss" because their floss also broke when trying to get it between the teeth. They were rude to me and did not care that I now have a food trap in between my back teeth where food gets stuck and I can't floss. I was better off not ever going there. Wish they would have at least tried harder to fix it. The person should have waited until she went in to make the review..
