I ordered the omelette of the day with white toast. Best omelette, best toast I've ever had. Was an amazing experience. Coming in the lull between lunch and breakfast is the best bet to make sure the cafe isn't packed. Overall: amazing experience.

Best time to go is late lunch, around 1:15. Your food will be out promptly, and your server will have a little more time to chat, or at least not seem flustered to see you. Otherwise, be ready to wait, wait, sit, wait, eat, and leave. Great food! Great coffee! Great atmosphere! The only thing better is the service! The entire staff is so nice and willing to get you what you need when you need it.

Thank you so much for your review - we especially are happy to hear about the service! Glad you enjoyed your visit. Sorry to hear about the wait though, and we hope to see you again.

Highly recommend any dish from this place, especially the omelettes. If you go on the weekend in the morning, expect to wait awhile because this place gets busy. But don't worry, it's worth it. The broken yolk sandwiches are good too, and their granola is fantastic. You can also order it online. If you haven't been here, check it out.

I have NEVER been disappointed by the food at Cafe Patachou...salads, sandwiches (egg salad is a classic!), broken yolk sandwiches (haven't made it to omelets yet). Yum! Just wish they were open later in the day.

I was in town for a few days and good ol' Yelp steered me towards Cafe Patachou. I'm a HUGEE fan of runny yolks. The creamy goodness makes everything better! Once I saw reviews on the Broken Yolk Sandwiches, I knew I had to try it out! What I Ordered: - Broken Yolk Sandwich with Bacon and Avocado I seriously did not know how to eat the thing once it arrived. It was too big and messy for my hands but, eating with a fork seemed very odd to me. It's a sandwich lol. I decided to be lady-like and use a fork haha. It was sooo good!! Eggs were cooked perfectly!!! I added Sriracha for some heat. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who loves breakfast and runny yolks!

Without a doubt one of my favorite breakfast locations. I highly recommend the open yolk sandwiches on sourdough. HOWEVER, if you are with business partners or with professionals, do not order that as it is messy. Delicious, but messy. I also recommend a portion of the cinnamon toast. Its also on sourdough bread and its something I always get. For coffee lovers there is always at least 4 different carafes of self serve coffee in different flavors. So you can get a mug on the way to the table so that you can have your coffee immediately (priorities right?). There is usually a wait there, so get there as early as you can, but its definitely worth it. This location is good for casual breakfast, or breakfast with business partners.

The food was great, really good quality and unique stuff. Unfortunately we waited really long to sit with a little mystery about wait time was and the place was so packed service wasn't good. Seemed like they were understaffed but they over committed so as great as the food was it was not worth an almost 3 hour experience with an hour wait.
