I would like to begin this review by stating that I have never before given a bad review on an establishment regardless of service; however, I believe that I should inform anyone who will listen of their poor safety standards and general lack of concern for child safety. My wife and I dined there this evening with our 1 month old child and when we came in, they asked if we wanted a high chair and I requested a sling. They assured us that the high chair turned upside-down was designed to hold a car seat, and they reassured us that it was stable and they did so "all the time." Unfortunately in the course of our meal the chair was bumped as my wife was sitting down and the entire chair with child fell to the ground. Miraculously, our child was uninjured, but it could have caused serious injury and even death. I said something to the hostess as we left, but I was not satisfied with her response, which was more like a dismissal, and so when we got home, I called and asked to speak with a manager. I explained what had happened and expected at minimal an apology; however instead I was met with an irate attitude and assurances that the thin-based, top heavy high chair with a warning label on the bottom warning against such use, was "designed for it" and perhaps it was my car seat that was not, and that they have insurance for things like that if I wanted to sue. He showed no concern for the safety of a child or prevention of future occurrences. For this reason, I will not be returning, and I caution any parent from visiting an establishment that is more concerned with their bottom line than the safety of a child.

Best pizza ever! Love the sourdough crust! Service could of been a little faster, but I understood the wait since it was a busy weekend night. The pizza's worth the wait though!

Service was a bit slow, but the Meat pizza was EXCELLENT. 2 hungry college guys barely finished the large-but we did. In 15 minutes...it was that good!

This place is amazing. Best Pizza I have ever had in my life!!!! I've had pizza in many states even in N.Y. and this is by far the best experience ever. If you havn't tried it your missing out on life :-) The atmosphere is like being an adult in Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory, the fun begins when you walk in the front door!!!

We stopped in for the first time thinking this place was a cool hip pizza place NO i felt like i was in chuck E cheese the place was swarmed with little kids and babies screaming, it was so loud I could hardly hear my family speaking right next to me. The waitress was annoyingly rude as she felt it was necessary to correct our grammar while ordering. Then eating was a challenge because even though we were inside there were flies buzzing around. The food was definitely overpriced $45 for a greasy cal zone that doesn't even taste better than pizza huts and a steak hoagie that was really hamburger meat cut up to look like steak strips. Mellow Mushroom sucks.

Great pizza, I recommend the house special with spinach artichoke dip as a starter. Didn't seem to work to well with groups greater than seven.
