Not sure what this means. Are you asking if you stop getting sore from squats once you get used to them over time? If repeated squatting makes you adapt and get less sore over time?
Well, you should get less sore as you get used to it, especially if you make sure to squat frequently, but there's no actual purpose to even thinking about that. I simply do what I have to do and hit what's on my program and never think about whether I'm sore or not.
I go for maximum frequency and only the necessary volume, nothing excessive. I also don't really get sore because of the way my program is designed and the fact that I am so used to hammering the squats three times per week as well. Basically, whether you are sore or not, if It's time to hit a squat (or any lift) again, then do it! In fact, sometimes hitting it again can help relieve the soreness.
