It is a pleasure to read that not only you were impressed with our striking lobby and courteous staff, but our convenient downtown location added more value to your stay. Our main priority is to provide our guests with a restful sleep, so we are heartily sorry that you found the bed to be uncomfortable and the pillows not up to your satisfaction.
