Wonderful and gluten-free plus most items are potato free! (Most gluten free food has potato starch to which I am also allergic.) Celiac friendly! Thank you! My favorite is the pulled pork peril on sweet yellow arepa! I got extras to take home. They reheated great! I can't wait for my next visit!

Great, tasty and loaded arepas, good amount of seating. $10 for an arepa is just slightly overpriced but sometimes you just crave arepas.

It's all I could ask for seeing the arepas can always impress, Serkan! We've priced our menu to reflect our scratch kitchen, locally-sourced ingredients, and slow-cooked meats, so I hope you can understand why it might seem steep in comparison to other places. No matter what, we'd love the chance to see you in for another bite before long! -Adriana, Owner

Sorry about that -- that's certainly not what I like to see here. Cleanliness is very important to us, so feel free to ask one of our employees next time and we'll get it changed out for you! -Adriana, Owner

We ordered through ubereats. I usually can't eat an entire arepa because I find all that cornmeal to be overwhelming and dry but I polished off these babies (pulled pork and crispy chicken) without a problem! We also got the ensalasa bululu and ensalada verde caracas which were fresh and healthy. The arepas were a little salty for me but thought the overall flavors made up for that.
Response from the owner - 2 weeks ago
Sounds like a wonderful meal, Jane -- I'm thrilled that both your arepas were perfect! You picked two of my favorites, and I appreciate the amazing review here. Stop in for more any time! -Adriana, Owner

I just moved in nearby, and I've already been to Pica Pica multiple times. I've loved everything so far: coconut rice, spicy chicken, plantains, and grilled chicken arepa with white corn. The aguas frescas are fresh and unique. Try the coconut lime or passion fruit! Servers have been very friendly, and service is quick. It's somewhat expensive for arepas ($10), but the arepas are HUGE, so you'll never leave hungry. Everything is gluten free!

A M A Z I N G! I highly recommend the yellow arepa with asado and plantains. And if you match it with Tamarindo juice, it's like a trip to the Caribbean for your taste buds.
Response from the owner - 6 months ago
What a delicious combo, Janis! I'm glad those flavors really hit the spot for you -- hope you make it in for more sometime soon! -Adriana, Owner
