We are providing a modern solution to an age-old issue – piracy.

NGA's Anti-Shipping Activity Message (ASAM) mobile app includes the geographic location and reported accounts of hostile acts – piracy, robbery, hijacking and kidnapping – against maritime ships, crews and passengers. The app is available to the public via the Apple iTunes App Store.
