"Il a été dit,« le temps guérit toutes les blessures. "Je ne suis pas d'accord. Les blessures demeurent. Dans le temps, l'esprit, la protection de ses sain d'esprit, les couvre de tissu cicatriciel et la douleur diminue. Mais il n'est jamais allé. " (Rose Kennedy)

This place is terrible. My first appointment was with a doctor who acted like he was more concerned with what was going on outside of the room. I was given an ultrasound and told they couldn't see my child and no questions were answered. I had an abnormal pap and not only did they call me and make me feel as though something was seriously wrong, when come to find out nothing was wrong. After having my follow up appointment I was called TWICE about the same thing as if I didn't have my follow up appointment. The lack of communication and lack of consideration for the appt I PAID FOR is the reason why I refuse to use them. If I can't trust them with in office visits, I surely can't trust with labor.

We've ordered from this place before, and our very first experience was good. However, ever since then they've been really terrible. They've given us like three different prices on the delivery fee, and we've even been told that because they were busy they couldn't deliver to us. This was on Valentine's Day where the chances of people NOT going to a nice sit down restaurant or out period are slim to none. So yeah, we won't be ordering from them anymore.

Don't order from them. Because what they will do is take your order and hang up the phone with you. You will sit there in anticipation of the food for an hour, and then when you call in to ask where the food is, they will tell you that they were busy and looked up your address so they decided they weren't going to deliver to your address. They won't contact you to tell you this, they'll let you sit there and wait and make you call in to find thsi out. Yeah sounds stupid right? That's what my husband and I thought. Sadly it's true, thus the review on Google

It is blatantly obvioius that the peson who responded to the negative review is connected with the spa somehow. The very fact that they proceeded to curse at people and write those things on here is the reason why I will never go to this spa. WOW! Coming from one who has been in customer service for 10 years: Rule #1: The customer is always right. If the customer is not able to say a negative thing regarding your product or service, then you will never know how to improve upon it. A business should be able to take constructive criticism without attacking the customer in return (which we all know this business can't have evident in your response). I actually searched for a spa here locally. And your reply to her negative review is what is going to prevent me from going to your spa.
