Noam Chomsky rocks. His writings about the media, politics, war, and power are very insightful. Unfortunately, I don't think many people are listening.

Really cool post about that space that exists between dreams and being within it lucidly.

Waiting in the lucid void -- a book excerpt from the Lucid Immersion Guidebook http://thedreamtribe.com/waiting-in-the-lucid-void/
Since I was a child, I have had conscious dream experiences that take place in immense, spacious realms. Sometimes these spaces are truly voids and my own dream

I have love and have been interested in Lucid Dreaming ever since I read Carlos Castaneda's books in High School and actually tried some of his techniques. Then reading The Head Trip: The Wheel of Consciousness http://www.headtrip.ca/
Which got me back into the groove recently, now this..great information thanks!!

Awesomely cool pic.

Space shuttle Enterprise, mounted atop a NASA 747 Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA), is seen as it flies near the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline, Friday, April 27, 2012, in New York. Enterprise was the first shuttle orbiter built for NASA performing test flights in the atmosphere and was incapable of spaceflight. Originally housed at the Smithsonian's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, Enterprise will be demated from the SCA and placed on a barge that will eventually be moved by tugboat up the Hudson River to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in June. Today, I ate lunch for the first time this week. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the #IF 'ing I did. Felt like it really kick-started my energy.

I ate some crap last night, so I'm pretty sure today will be another IF day. I think that's the beauty of IF and the danger as well. It's nice to be able to detox fast, but it would be better not to eat the crap in the first place.

I've got to keep this in mind. Mayo is great to have sometimes, but not the kind of thing I really want to be making from scratch.

Usually I make my own mayo, but sometimes I just cannot get fresh eggs. This has left me using store bought. I've finally found a brand that's 'fairly' paleo friendly (at least canola and soy free). We just tried it for the first time and it is so good!

Sometimes I read a comment on a post that is so lame, so ignorant, so shortsighted that I want to -1000 the comment. But I guess G+ doesn't want us to give any kind of negative feedback. And I bit my tongue, realizing that no matter what I say, the commenter continue to hold onto his world view.

If conventional wisdom about diet and exercise were right, I would be dead by now.

Conventional wisdom is just B.S. that's being fed to people to keep them sick and drug dependent, so that the companies that make fake food and create drugs to treat preventable diseases can continue to make a "healthy" profit.

My plan is the #IF all week. I feel like I'm already ketogenic this morning, which is early for a Monday. Just feels like a great week to be doing this. Plus, I wouldn't mind saving on a week's worth of lunches.

I'm not sure how hard it would be to sleep with these goggles. I've seen somewhere some DIY lucid dreaming masks that are made with a soft material, where the LED's and circuits fit inside a pouch.

At some point a little help from technology seems like a good idea to help initiate lucid dreams.
