It was empty and our waiter took forever most of the time. The food was mediocre at best. Their bread and coconut butter is delicious. It stops there. Their queso is literally watered down. The chicken fried chicken is small AND over breaded. Their fries and mashed potatoes are almost inedible. I won' t be going back.

We both had ribeye steaks and they were so tender! Joseph was our server and Justin is the manager that took care of us. Very much improved since the last time we came (before the patio) and left because of lack of service. The service was incredible! Will definitely be back!

Disappointed after reading the previous reviews. Cold beer-good. Warm rolls-good. Butter that left a film like Crisco on the roof of my mouth-bad. Salad made with field greens-good. Greens limp needing to be stored in refrigerator-bad. Mashed potatoes with skins-good. Gravy tasted like it was canned-bad. Chicken fried steak undercooked and a little mushy-bad. Bad wins!!! Wasted my hard earned money.

Stopped in for Sunday brunch, and am glad I did! The waitstaff was extremely attentive without being annoying, the atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant, and the food so tasty that it took an hour to get over the food coma! Sweet tea fried chicken, biscuits and gravy, French toast casserole, and mountains of bacon only scratch the surface of the choices. Next time I am in Waco I will definitely return!
