How I became Google’s number one Copywriter http://bit.ly/1S51Bgh - this is an old post but it's still pretty much spot on ‪#‎SEO‬ ‪#‎ranking‬ ‪#‎awesome‬
When it comes to ranking, I've done fairly well - let me tell you how I reach the top spot for two awesome keywords (and about 100 others to boot).

FREEBIE: A great little set of free open source font icons. http://ow.ly/R1ngB
Born out of frustration of other Font Icon Sets not containing Icons needed when developing LibreCMS, we created LibreICONS to fill the gap that we needed, and ended up consolidating all the Font Icons we were using into one set. Then we decided to share it with you.

I don't know what I'm going to do without 'Toon Thursday'. After initially being scared to sign up for the SEO Recipe for Success eCourse (spending my hard earned money, being super un-techy...), I decided to put myself in Kate's hands. And I have no regrets at all. Kate certainly knows SEO and explains it in easy to understand terms. She has inspired me to re-do my own website to practice my new found skills before I add it to my own services. As a copywriter, I admire this awesome lady and can only hope to one day be as great as she is. Kate is certainly one of the best in the industry - I've now seen this first hand. I highly recommend Kate and her eCourse. Thanks for everything Kate, you rock!

As the owner of an e-commerce site I had plenty on my plate and paid for SEO externally. It bit hard into our profits. After a year I took a deep breath and signed up to ‘The Recipe for SEO Success’ with Kate Toon. I was so SEO green it was embarrassing. How thrilling it is now – some 9 weeks later – to feel SEO empowered. SEO was once the thorn in my professional side, I now have a new skill, a new confidence and greater profit margins! An awesome course, it comes with my highest recommendation. Amanda Nickells

The Recipe for SEO Success was one of the best course that I have done --- online or offline! I loved the structure, the delivery AND the content! Kate was supportive, enthusiastic and super responsive. I've walked away feeling more confident and with a swag of SEO tricks that I'm itching to implement. Thank you! As a freelancing copywriter I was pretty confident about the writing and researching services I offered my clients, but I was less confident about my SEO knowledge. Signing up to the Recipe for SEO Success eCourse for a recalibration was the best thing I've done for my business. I certainly got excellent bang for my buck, and can now confidently offer SEO knowledge and guidance to all my clients. Kate is an exceptionally generous professional, loading her SEO students up with tips, tricks and templates and regularly checking in to see how we're all travelling via Facebook, Google hangouts and a one on one chat. Quite simply, The Recipe for SEO Success eCourse will transform your digital life.

Thank you for delivering such a highly practical and valuable course. The learning focused on 'what matters' when it comes to effective SEO. The course structure, content delivery, social media interactions, worksheets and roadmaps made the course enjoyable, understandable and most importantly relevant to my business. The course exceeded all my expectations and was an excellent investment in my business. Ludmila, owner, pureflowers

Kate Toon is the Rachel Koo of Search Engine Optimisation, stylishly simplifying complex SEO dishes with a fresh light touch and a big dollop of fun. Her moveable feast of fresh SEO wisdom is perfect for anyone keen for expert help to demystify the art and science of making the web work well for business. As a veteran eLearning designer I’m hard to impress. I love it when a course vaults clean over my excellence bar and ticks off every single ingredient for brilliant online learning, so here’s the list: Course materials…. practical, professionally presented worksheets linked to clear notes and lively videos, plus heaps of extra resources and links .. big fat tick Facebook group… energised by Kate’s mix of warmth, wit and dead straightforward feedback to equip us to be our best SEO selves… huge huggable tick Lifetime access… an astoundingly generous gift to graduates typifying Kate’s commitment to sharing her smarts …gob smackingly grateful tick Suffice it to say that the SEO Recipe for Success is just dead brill and I will be snacking on its huge basket of cleverly prepared goodies for years to come. I recently participated in ‘The Recipe for SEO Success’ eCourse. When I started the course I had a basic understanding of SEO. Little did I realise how much more there was to learn. I couldn’t have had a better teacher than Kate. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and down to earth, with a great sense of humour. The course is split up into weeks with a different area of SEO studied each week. As it is an eCourse it is extremely flexible and can be studied whenever it suits you. I wanted my website to rank higher than my major competitor and be able to offer SEO to my clients. Kate has taught me what I need to know to do this. The half hour skype with Kate is the icing on the cake. This can take place at any time during the course. I had mine at the end of the course to ask questions resulting from my final reports. Before I started ‘The Recipe for SEO Success’ eCourse, I found SEO confusing and difficult to understand. I now know what I need to do to improve my ranking and can offer SEO to my clients. Thanks Kate! Helen Brewer Owner, KJR Web Designs
