Coaches and program are awesome... The problem is they over sell their memberships and you have to sign up for classes which are always full! My schedule only allows me to make the evening classes which never happens because they are reserved weeks in advance. They had 2 locations and closed one of them with less than 24 hours notice, their other location is too far and now everyone is consolidated to their Shavanno location making it impossible to reserve a spot because they have too many members! Again I don't want to discredit their quality. Awesome coaches but too many people and not enough space to accommodate. They have 30 spots available to sign up (always full) and a 10 person waitlist you can sign up for which fills quickly too...

TBC CrossFit is not just a gym, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE! It is a family of people trying to improve their level of health and fitness. Everyone is so supportive of your goals and that is a great feeling. When I joined TBC I was so out of shape, I couldn’t even run 400 meters without walking some of it. I had 25% body fat. I used to play Water polo in high school and I was on a Jump Rope team that competed at a national level. I knew what being in shape was like and I was not happy about not being in shape any more. My Wife got pregnant and I gained as much or even more weight than she did. Don’t ask how it happened cause I have no clue. All I know is that Carrie booked my band to play at her out door events and kept asking me to come in and try it out. I went and was hooked instantly. She even called me over the weekend after my first few classes to make sure I was still alive. I listened to everything she said. She taught me about nutrition and fitness and I applied it to my life. I kept a food and workout journal and referred to it all the time. If she had told me to put salt in an open would I would have done it because sometimes a coach will tell you things that you don’t agree with but they know what they are talking about so just do it. I’m forever grateful that I listened to her and everything she said worked and it can work for you too. It didn’t take but a couple short months for my transformation to happen. Now I compete at different competitions with CrossFit and have so much fun doing it. Recently I became a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and I started training at different CrossFits doing jump rope workshops. I also moved to Los Angeles and already started training out here. I feel so good about myself sometimes I just walk around without my shirt on. I’ve lost 42lbs and I have 11% body fat. The before and after pictures don’t lie. If you’re ready to change your life I suggest that you think about doing TBC CrossFit. Mark Taglianetti CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

Feeling tired and sore never felt so good. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors take time to explain and correct and push. And encourage. Haven't died yet: so far so good!
