I called the provided number on the website to inquire about their services. Pressed the number for "sales", after about a minute of ringing, I got connected to someone. I said, "I'm inquiring about your services, are you a sales rep?", she just responded with some canned script answer about all the services they provide (which I couldn't even understand because she was barreling through it) and she ended with something like "if it's an emergency contact your local police." I was confused at this point, and said I was a small business owner inquiring about location based advertising, and asked again if she was a sales rep. She said she was the receptionist and asked for my name, I gave her my first name, she insisted on my last name as well, which I provided, then she asked for my phone number. I said, "so what your telling me is that there's no one to speak to right now?" Very snotty, she replied, "that's not what I'm saying, may I have your phone number?" I explained that I wanted to speak to a sales rep right then, a I don't want to give my number for a callback...mid sentence she starts talking over me, saying, "well, we can't help you then." I said, you're right, you can't help me, thanks", and hung up. Obviously, this company has too much business, since they hire anybody with a pulse to answer their phones, and won't even put a sales rep on the phone until you give all of your information first. Don't do business with these people, if they treat you like this BEFORE they have your money, imagine how they will be after they already have your business.

When a sales person is unavailable for a call, we collect your contact details and use case information so that we may return your call promptly and connect you with the appropriate sales person. We are here to assist you should you have location-specific needs.
