We had a late check-in, so picked up our packet from the outdoor lockbox around 12:30am. It contained good directions to the property and the garage code, dozens of ads, but no key. I wasn't immediately alarmed as I assumed the garage code would give us access to the keys inside. To my horror, as well as embarrassment (I booked this property for myself plus six other guests), we were able to get into the garage, but all the interior doors were locked and there was no key anywhere. After several calls and a voicemail left to the after-hours emergency number with no response, we were literally left with no place to stay at 1am.
By nearly 10am the next day I still hadn't received a call back, so I called again (I was in town for a wedding and had plans with the wedding party all morning). A bored-sounding Shirley answered, and when I explained the situation, she had no idea about it. Evidently she hadn’t listened to my voicemail from the middle of the night. I indicated that I’d be in later to get this straightened out. When I got to the office, they had refunded the night that we didn't stay in the property – I was pleased but not surprised, since we obviously shouldn’t be charged for a night we couldn’t even get inside the place. When I inquired what else they would do for the enormous inconvenience, Shirley turned away from us and called to her boss to come "deal with this" (seriously!), got on the phone, and proceeded to ignore us. I was shocked at the sheer rudeness with which we'd been treated, especially in person. Her boss, when pressed for some sort of compensation for their mistake, finally agreed to take off the cleaning fee of about $85.
When we finally got into the property itself, it was not clean. There were old grounds in the coffeemaker, used empty shampoo bottles in the shower, and the towels smelled mildewy. The property itself was very nice, it's a shame this management company is doing such a poor job for the owners.

Arrived w/ the hubby to grab a food and drink before a show at the Fillmore, for his birthday night out. The place was packed, but a really nice, bubbly hostess pointed us to two seats at the bar tables that we could be seated at immediately. We arrived just after happy hour ended, but the server gave us the special price on our drinks anyway. Attentive, quick service, good food, all around great experience! I was nervous when I saw how crowded it was, but these guys are pros. We'll be back.

I purchased the Living Social deal because doing a professional shoot is something I had always wanted to do...buying the deal kind of "locked me in," and I'm glad I did. I had really good customer service beginning prior to my appointment via email and phone. When I got there, I was greeted with a glass of wine and a lovely sitting area where we went through my outfits, then had my makeup & my hair all done up and then it was time to go - my photographer Susan, was just so great...she captured all my favorite parts of myself, made it fun, and totally listened to what I wanted to do. We even had music playing and a fan blowing at one point, and I swear my inner Beyonce came out. The whole upstairs of the gorgeous Victorian home is dedicated to the shoots, so there are a lot of options for settings, lighting, etc. All of my shots came out so beautiful and different! A few days later I had my follow up which was also lovely...you view your images on a large flat screen TV in another private sitting room and the consultant helps you go through and pick the ones you want to keep. I ended up getting the 20 digital images - every single one could be a hair / makeup / perfume ad in a magazine, that's how good the quality is. I never knew my skin could look so amazing! Yes, these photos are not priced like going to Target for family photo time... So you have to do your homework and read the fine print. Since it was something I wanted to do while I'm still in my 30s, I saved the money and it is so worth it. I'll look back on these in another 30 years and know I'll be happy to have these to remember the good ole days of my youth :)

I would give this place 2.5 stars. They did their job but nothing about the place or experience blew me away. My "spa" pedicure was pretty unremarkable; the nail technician looked bored out of her mind and barely touched my feet/legs for the scrub and moisturizing portion of the treatment. The prices were reasonable but I've had much better experiences elsewhere.

Thank you very much to Golden West for all your help - from getting the quote to working around weather, and to helping us get 0% financing on our new sewer line, these guys were great. Two months later, you cannot even tell we had a huge chunk dug out of the middle of the front yard either. They took care to disrupt as little of our landscaping as possible while doing a good job, and that meant the world to me as the homeowner.

Pros - everyone is nice and you can walk in without an appointment anytime. They also accept MedPay, which is the healthcare portion of your auto insurance (which a lot of private practices don't accept). Cons - if you need any sort of follow up care, this isn't the place to go. I was prescribed to their in-house chiropractic and physical therapists. After weeks of phone calls and messages to both the front desk and office manager, Dustin (who I was told I needed to make a follow up plan with), I did not receive one phone call back to schedule any appointments. I wanted to continue treatment with Guardian but their negligence with follow ups made it impossible.

JTB you are so right! I am noticing the exact same thing with other reviewers. They have also done the same thing for other businesses including a Crowne Plaza Hotel and a manicure place called Sweet Life in the past month if you click to their recent or overall reviews, plus a handful of dealerships like this one. Wow. Unbelievable that business owners think people are that stupid. I did actually have my car worked on here a few months ago, when it broke down in Broomfield (needed a new ignition out of the blue). The service was fine if a little pricey but I was not really in a position to shop around. Too bad they felt the need to be dishonest on here and that's the reason for two stars.
