I really enjoyed my experience here. We stayed in a King harbor view room and the room itself had everything we needed. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and beautiful!!! We ate breakfast at the bistro 300 and the food was light, healthy, and delicious, also the staff were very nice and helpful. I would not only stay here my next visit buy highly recommend the Hyatt to others. If I were to say anything negative.... Well it would be the parking. I think 28.00 is steep for someone staying at the hotel over night, but regardless, I had a nice stay!

My wife was charged $50.00 per day for incidental expenses, and wasn't notified about these expenses when she got her receipt at checkout. We learned about this expense when we checked our online banking statement and called the hotel to file the complaint. The service was horrible. No waste basket in bathroom, no extra shampoo. One of the worst hotels around.

The first time I went to this hotel, I loved it. The room was amazing and I thought the price fit pretty well. Well, it turns out I actually got an amazing deal and that room normally goes for about twice as much. For the same price I payed last time, I got shoved in a one-bed room (the other was two beds) that had no breathing room or any amenities except a TV (other one had a kitchen with an oven, dishes/silverware, microwave and a fridge, as well as a fully-stocked snack bar). I was also told by the ad online that a pull-out bed would be available, but there wasn't. Instead, I had to get a cot. The cots at this place are extremely uncomfortable and are not large enough for an average-sized adult, let alone 6'3" me. Luckily my mom is short, so I could share the main bed with my dad. The only upside was that the dozen useless mini-pillows they gave us allowed us to make a divider so we weren't rubbing asses in our sleep. All in all, this was a complete waste of money. We spent almost $600 a night for a room that was extremely bare bones and twice the price of an average two-bed room at any 3-star hotel. So unless you can spring for a good room, don't bother, and even then you could probably do better. P.S. AMAZING breakfast potatoes, everything else was bland.

Employees and the bistro were great, but did not appreciate that the leftmost elevator refused to recognize my room key. All other elevators worked fine.

Thank you for posting a review of your stay. I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed a meal in Bistro 300 and that our associates were helpful. I apologize that the key card wasn't working properly. I know it can be frustrating when you just want to get to your room. I have reviewed your comments with our engineering team. We hope to see you back very soon.

We have stayed at many other Hyatt Hotels before staying at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore. We checked in the night before my conference to later find out that you had to pay $9.99 PER night to use the wifi. what I found ridiculous about this is that most hotel just include the wifi fee into the the actual room cost. However, they didn't they made you pay $9.99 per night to use the wifi. The next morning we had lunch in there restaurant. I ordered their burger, which cost around $18. Kind of pricey right...well it was and it tasted like crap. First of all, I would have expected the patty to be premium meat that was made fresh to order, but this wasn't the case. The patty was a frozen meat that tasted like it was sitting in a freezer for months. Can you believe it....$18 in frozen meat! The following day my conference started and they provided us with breakfast. I was absolutely shocked to see that they only served us eggs, breakfast potatoes, and bread. I felt like I was on rations. The eggs was so soggy you could have eaten it with a spoon. Moreover, the potatoes that we were served appeared/tasted like they weren't even cooked properly and had to get it down with loads of ketchup. Lastly, the toasters that they provided us with didn't even fit the bread that was given, so you had to jam your bread into the toaster to toast it. As a result, many of the toasters did not work by the end of the breakfast. For the few days that I stayed at the hotel they gave us the exact same breakfast (eggs, breakfast potatoes, and toast). I HIGHLY would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone not even a dog.
