Just a few hours left to bring in a blanket and enter for a chance to win 2 tickets to WWE Live Holiday Tour tonight with a meet and greet from a WWE superstar. The drawing will be held at noon today!
The temperatures may not show it but winter is here and a downtown hotel is working to help those in need stay warm at this time of year.

How can it be December 15th and still be 60 degrees? I'm finding it hard to get into the holiday spirit without the cold, snowy weather to set the scene. So, I know that blankets are the last thing...

We were very pleased with the rooms and service. Location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you don't want to pay the hotel parking charge there is parking right next door even if the hotel staff tells you they know nothing about it. Overall great hotel and would definitely stay there again

I stayed on the 14th floor, With my friend James. The view of the harbor was amazing. 15 mins to airport, when I posted something about the Hyatt Baltimore on Twitter, AND THEY RESPONDED! They treat you like family at the Hyatt. The view from the 14th floor has a nice to the harbor and the atrium. 10/10 Would 100% reccomend.

I enjoyed my time here!! The staff is nice!! However there were some issues I experienced. I stayed on the club floor. Enjoyed the amenities but they need better breakfast and snacks. They need to upgrade the club room. The coffee was too strong for my aunt. They did not give us enough tissue in the rooms. I had to call everyday for more. The breakfast was not worth the money. They forget some of the food I ordered then tried to charge me more money. I think the price for parking is too expensive. Also we were in a connecting room and someone called security on us. They said we were playing our music too loud. This never happened to me before at previous hotels. The location of the hotel is great. It's next to everything in the harbor.

I have stayed with this hotel in the past and had great experiences. I noticed the friendly staff was becoming less so each year but this year took the cake. This year is the worst I have ever been treated by any hotel ever and I will NEVER give my business to the Regency again. I was coming in for a weekend convention on a Thursday and called this hotel to confirm my reservations on Sunday. I book this hotel specifically every year due to the great location next to the convention center since I have a medical situation and prefer to be as close to my destination as possible. I confirmed with the hotel call center my room for this address and location, even repeating several times "Light Street" and it was confirmed. I called again on Tuesday to ensure everything would be ready, and was told once again to come to this location. I arrived Thursday and let me just say this: The madness just trying to get into the hotel was a bit frustrating. Given how many people thats expected but it seemed the valet were short on carts. Not a great start but I do my best to be patient. I go to desk and give my name and they don't have my reservation. I show them the email, and they point out that it was the Hyatt Place, which was much further away. I tell them how I had confirmed THIS location twice, called both on Sunday, and Tuesday. Their answer? "I don't know but you don't have a reservation here." No explanations, no answers as to WHY their hotel had been confirmed several times to me on the phone, no help to my immediate problem, no call over to the other place to confirm I had a reservation there, nothing. When I asked how this happened, the answer was, "You're over there, not here, there's nothing I can do." I have never been brushed off so fast. I had to ask for an address, and he rolled his eyes at me, and wrote down the phone number to the other place. Not the address. When I pointed it out he apologized, wrote it down, and just brushed me off. This place was convenient with location, had a skywalk into both the convention center, and into the inner harbor, and had great staff. They are 'under construction' for the skywalk into the convention center and they closed off the skywalk entirely into the inner harbor (as my friends who got to KEEP their reservation found out). This place isn't worth that price any further, and that staff has cost them my business. I will NEVER stay with The Hyatt Regency again.

The rooms and other facilities are very nice and seemed to have been refurbished recently. Room service arrived early and the food, as well as the banquet service was great. The pool club area was very nice and I just didn't want to leave. The hotel is a great option for a weekend getaway and is in close proximity to all Inner Harbor attractions. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because someone in our party called the day before arrival to ensure that I would be able to access the room, but when I arrived they would not let me and I had to wait for the cardholder to get a key. They did give me access to the pool area instead, but I chose to leave my bag with the valet and do some shopping.

Right next to the inner harbor. Great view of the city and the harbor from the hotel room. Clean and relaxing atmosphere overall. Would recommend to friends.

Service was reasonable and staff were extremely helpful with questions and finding locations. During the time there one of the elevators started to malfunction and it didn't seem like staff was well informed of the issue.
